Well I am one excited yet shocked lady!!! Can't say we were TRYING to conceive, but not exactly NOT trying, when the BCP's started acting up and causing AF to be irregular. Some of u may wonder how I know so soon. Well, working in an ER gives the benefits of uHCG's that are sensitive and then had a confirmatory blood draw Tues the 18th with 358. So those uHCG's can pick up pretty dawg gone early! WOW WOW WOW! I have a 9 yr old and my new hubby has an 11 yr old. We never imagined but are thrilled. Shocked and nervouse but thrilled! Other 2 are boys so kinda hoping for a girl! As long as 10 toes 10 fingers and a beating heart. That is my hopes for the best that God has blessed me with. Thank you Lord. Just a bit about me now that I am over the shock mode. I have been married before in which I think if anything The Lord had me in that marriage for 10yrs for two awesome kids. Amanda was 12 when she came into my life and A.J. was 4. Now she is 26, married and has a daugher (yes I am a Nana~ at almost 39~!). Amanda is my "baby girl" that is all grown up now. A.J. is becoming a young man any mother would be proud of. Funny I have been giving him "the talk" since he has gotten serious about a very sweet young lady. Now I am the one with the baby on the way! LOL! He is 18 and a freshman at Clemson GO TIGERS!!!. His mother signed over custody to me when he was 12yrs old. So, I always tell him "I may not have brought you in this world, but I can take you out!" LOL. Then the light of my life is my 9 yr old. The only BLOOD I have. Well until now! YEAH! He's starting to accept that and thats great! I met Scott in April and we eloped in May! Love at first sight for me really exsist. He is awesome and my Prince. I love him dearly and he has given me the self confidence that was once broken. I have a new stepson *Brandon* who is also a great kid! I LOVE my family! So thats me! And now a surprise surprise surprise on the way. God truly has blessed me and at least spaced my kids out by 9 to 10 yrs apiece. Guess he knows my patience level LOL. But I thank him every day for his gifts. I feel my life is becoming so complete. I am happy and content and couldn't ask for anything more. Just that this pregnancy goes smooth and baby is happy and healthy, because being loved is already accomplished. May 2008 truly bless everyone! Baby dust and many prayers to all!
