Hello, my name is Angela. I'm 26 and my husband Michael is 27. We have been TTC since June 06 and have had 2 losses. We just found out we are expecting November 7th 08. After 12 months and 1 month on Clomid, we are finally expecting!!!!!

December 3rd~ Had my first appointment regarding fertility with my OB. Had a pap done and talked about what tests we would be doing first. She said first of all you are getting ready to ovulate so that was good. I have to go back in the 10th for blood work. My hubby has to go in the 7th for a Semen Analysis and I have to make an appointment for a HSG test on the first day of my period. That’s all for now.

December 7th~ Well I ovulated on the 4th. I use Fertility Friend and it conformed it. I am now 3 DPO. Mike has his SA test today. I'm hoping that we get the results back quickly. I am also hoping that I wont have to get the HSG test done because I'll be pg. I can only hope!!! I'll update when I get the blood test results back and the SA results back.

December 10th~ Well I went in today for blood work. It wasn’t to bad. I hate needles but I hardly felt it. Now I just need to wait for the results. Also my temp took a nose dive the other day but its back up again and so far its staying there. I'm going to wait till probably next Wed. to test but I don’t know yet. Calling the doctor tomorrow to see if the results are back yet.

December 26~ Well I had the HSG test done today. Everything looks good on that end. Also got the blood test results and Mike's SA results. Everything there came back good too. Mike's numbers were greater then 40,000. Going to call the doctor to see what she wants us to do next.

February 1st~ Well I got AF today. I also spoke to the doctor and she is putting me on Clomid. I take it CD5-9. I also have to continue to take my BBT and OPk's. We'll see how everything goes.

February 22nd~ Well I am on CD 22. Fertility Friend says that I O'ed on the 16th. So I am now 6DPO. It feels so good to O at a normal time like if I had a 28 day cycle, havent had a 28 day cycle in at least 10 years. So now FF says to test on March 4th. I am going to do my best to wait till then because Mike's birthday is the 6th and that would be a great birthday gift. Keeping my fingers crossed.

February 29th~ Well I decided to take a HPT today and what did I get? A faint positive!!!! I couldn’t believe it so I decided to take another one the next morning.

March 2nd~ Well I've been getting positive HPT's since the 29th so today I took my last digital also. I let DH hold the test while it was doing its thing and sure enough Pregnant came up. I am so happy. After 12 months and 1 months on Clomid I am finally PG again!!!!!

March 3rd~ Well I had my blood drawn and levels checked. Today they were 107. I'm in the 4th week. I have to go back in on Wednesday for another draw. I am so nervous but I just feel like this one is going to be ok.

March 5th~ Today’s numbers were 248 so they are doubling like they should. I now just wait until April 2nd for my first ultra sound.

April 2nd~ I had my first ultra sound today. Everything went great. I was so nervous about it but we got to see the baby and hear the heartbeat. 170BPM. I go back on the 28th for all the blood work. I wont get another ultra sound until I'm 20 weeks. I also found out that I am a day ahead of what I thought I was!!!!!

April 28th~ Well I had my second appointment today. I was really nervous that there wouldnt be a heartbeat. It took them awhile because they baby was moving all around but they found it. It has slowed down to 150-160 BPM and they said that is normal. Then they drew a bunch of blood for the tests. I go back in 4 weeks. That will be the last appointment before the BIG ultra sound!!!

May 27th~ Well had my 16 week checkup. Everything was good. Good weight, havent gained any yet. Good blood pressure. Heartbeat was high 150's. Mike got his blood drawn to find out his blood type to find out if I have the RH factor. Will find out in a few days. AND we made the big ultra sound appointment. June 18th. I cant wait. I really hope the baby works with us so we can find out what we are having.

June 18th~ Today I had my BIG ultra sound. They checked the baby's brain, heart and belly and everything came back great. The heartbeat was a strong 153 BPM. AND IT'S A GIRL!!!! She was moving around like crazy the whole time. She was laying with her head down and legs up by my belly button and knees up to her nose and legs and feet up over her head. It was the greatest thing I've ever seen in my life. We got a 5 minute DVD of the U/S and I've watched it like 3 times already. I went shopping today and got a few things for her and some stuff to start her nursery and tomorrow I am going to get the paint to start painting this weekend. I cant wait to see how it turns out. What was cool was she flipped during the ultra sound and we got to see it and its on the dvd. We even got to see her moving her fingers around and swallowing. I am SO IN LOVE!!! My next appointment is the 14th of July. Nothing fancy there.

July 14th~ Had my 23 week check up. Everything is going good. I finally gained 2 pounds!!!! Now I start going every 2 weeks. We have our 3D ultra sound on the 12th of Augest and the sugar test also. I cant wait for the ultra sound. I also asked my doctor when the 3rd trimest starts and she said they go with 28 weeks so just a little longer. Well thats all for today's appointment.

Augest 5th~ Well I am going to start seeing a chiropractor because I've been having pains in my rib cage. Not sure what all they are going to do but they are going to try and do something to expand my rib cage and also something with my hips to make delivery easyer. One more week till the ultra sound!!! Also a little less then 2 weeks till I start the 3rd tirmester. Wow time is sure going fast.

Augest 12th~ Well I went in for my 3D ultra sound but Madison just wasnt having anything to do with it. We werent able to her face because she either had both of her legs or both of her arms in front of her face. It was nice to see her even if it was just for a second on the 2D one. She is weighing in at 1 pound 13 ounces which the tech said was normal range and she is breeched right now. But they said she has time to flip still. I did the GD test and I think I will pass it. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Now I start going every 2 weeks so my next appointment in on the 25th. I have to have another ultra sound done on Sep 25th to see if she is still breeched or has flipped. I guess we will learn more then. Oh and I gained another 4 pounds so that puts me at 6 total. Doctor didnt seem to concerned with it. I eat like a pig as it is lol.

September 25th~ Well I went in for another ultra sound and 33 week check-up. Madison is in what they call the complete breech position. She is butt and legs first and seems to love that position seeing as she's stayed that way for 6 weeks now. We are going to be having a c-section now which is booked for Oct. 31st at 7:30am. They will do an ultra sound right before and if she has turned then they will send me home and if not then our baby girl will be born on Halloween!! I also asked them at what point will they no longer stop labor if I were to start on my own and they said 34 weeks which I turned on the 26th so as of right now if I go into labor on my own they will no longer stop it. Its so weird to think that she could come any day now. We also found out that she is now 5 pounds which I think is good for how far along I am but cant wait to see how much she ends up being once she comes. I started my hospital bag and the only things left to put in there are things I still use like my camera and phone charger so those will be last minute stuff to throw in there. I have been having some minor cramping and pressure down there but I'm trying not to think to much into it. They did tell me that she has dropped as low as she can get so that would explain the pressure. So far no loss of mucus plug so I'm just taking it one day at a time. I go back on Oct. 9th for my next appointment and then I start the every week ones. Its getting so close now.
