Is this your first pregnancy: YES...
When did you find out you were pregnant: April 25th! I knew before but i waited forever before I took the test cause i had been disappointed sooo many times before
Was it planned: yes and no... we weren't using precautions!
What was your first reaction: Im pregnant! really.. is that 2 lines...and then scared! lol
Who was with you when you found out: Mom came to the bathroom to look w/ me, and my brother was there and so was my dad! My husband was at work :(
Who was the first person you told: My husband
How did your parents react: My mom was about to cry...and my dad was like really... my youngest daughter is bout to have a baby???
How far along are you: Right now I am 22wks
What was your first symptoms: I haven't really had any symptoms... my nipples hurt... but I just kind of KNEW i was pregnant something kept telling me.
What is your due date: December 27th.
Do you know the sex of the baby: Yes!!!
If so, what is it: It is a beautiful perfect amazing baby GIRL!!
Have you picked out names?: Taylor Leigh Duckworth
How much weight have you gained: 5lbs (yay)
Do you have stretch marks: yes :(
Have you felt the baby move: as of the 21st of Aug! YES!
Have you heard the heartbeat: yes i love hearing it oo
Will you keep the baby: Of course
Home or hospital birth: Hospital!
Natural or medicated birth: I know many women before me didnt have the choice... but Im sure they will tell me to take the medication!
Who will be in the delivery room with you: My husband for sure, and hopefully my mom and sister
Will you breastfeed: Definitely going to try
Do you think you'll need a c-section: As of now, no.
Will you cry when you hold the baby for the first time: id like to think iwould not sure how im gonna react!
What's the first thing you might say to him/her: I love you.
Would you let someone videotape the birth? Never.
Are you excited about the birth, or scared: nervous... only cause i will officially be a mother and i can't take it back...

Ive been thinking about that too. Sounds like alot of work. I honestly think that i am making it harder than it needs to be. I think i want to just go ahead and give him Holmes and be done with it. He would be his dads first child and his dad is the only Holmes, where his sisters and brother are Hills. My mom is the one all in my ear with the "u dont have to give him his last name, yall arent married".

I was just reading your post on the 22 weeks page, Im from 21 weeks (will be 22 on sunday) but I feel the same way you do, this is my 2nd baby but we had gotten rid of everything from our first, so we also have like nothing!!I dont think its selfish to think that, i mean i know personally i wouldnt have money to spend around the holidays. Especially with gas prices and commuting all over the place!Hope this makes me feel better, reading your post made me feel better!!

I think what you are doing/ thinking is very considerate. Your baby shower can be a little early I think others are going that way. I would rather go to an early on than have to go to one during the holidays. You could have one the 1st part of November or even the late part of October and it should be ok.

to be quite honest, i have no idea what the hell you are saying. you wrote me a message and my response was exactly that, i dont know what your talking about! why is it that you are writing me messages about something i was no even involved in? you told me people LIKE ME can go screw themselves..lol. Not too sure what that was supposed to mean either. i was not SLANDERING anyone.. i thought it was ridiculous of you to compare smoking to abortions and claim that people doing "bad things" or judging were probably those who had abortions.. isn't that judging lol? you are quite the lady and bringing quite a bit of dramatics to this, and honestly i dont even know why u wrote me to begin with. you do realize that you wrote me a message about judging people when i hadnt even said anything.. i dont even know who this young women that was smoking and being judged for it is! so your standing up to the wrong person, because quite frankly i am not the one you were trying to categorize as being judgmental. i had nothing to do with this, and now all you've done is create an argument about an argument THAT I WASN'T involved in, in case you didn't understand that the first time! god, this is making me dizzy! i have no idea what your talking about and now my repsonse to your non-sense has got you confused so just move on and use the site for its purpose! and in case you needed a reminder.. its not to cause conflict ! have a nice day

That is funny. The pregnancy didn't really set in for him until he saw the first U/S at 12 weeks, even though I had all the signs! It's hard for them because they don't get to feel everything we do.... so it's nice when the baby starts kicking for them!

People are so horrible and judgmental with this smoking stuff. It really upsets me, I know its bad but alot of things are bad these days. If they had an addiction then they would understand how hard it is to give up. Anyway they will be the type of people that there babies will have allergies to everything because they are too sterile with them. Loved your comment on the forum. Well done

I have been so active running around everywhere and since I've been sick with such bad morning sickness for so long and am still dealing with it, I find myself laying on the couch all day long during my summer break (I'm a teacher.) Thank you for the encourgment. I can only hope that all is well. I was pregnant for 8 weeks in from dec to feb and ended up having a miscarriage that ended up with a dnc. I felt the same way during that time also. I think that that is where all of my anxiety is coming from. Good luck and Congrats

I dont think I want to give up smoking. Alot of people I know has smoked through there pregnancy and there babies are fine and healthy. I think I am happy with smoking my 5 a day. At the end of they day, I am healthy, my blood pressure is perfect, all my test results are perfect and the baby is very healthy. So at this stage i think i am going to keep on smoking, anything to get me through this damn course that I am doing lol.

About the stretch marks I have been putting on soooo much coco butter that it is becoming a natural smell for me!!
