Hi all!! my name is ashli and this is my first baby, and i have to say this site is a life saver. I work alot about 50-60 hrs. a week and i don't really have time to do much anymore. i moved away from my family about a year ago with my boyfriend,Pat, he's a great guy. its just so hard to be away from my mom and my sister at times like these. there are things i talk to pat about and he just doen't understand. this site is so addicting. i have a confession i have been reading this site since i was 8 wks. and just now got brave enough to join everyone. its nice to know im not the only one going through these things.

Oh... and my hubby is a nice guy he just doesn't really like to fight with ppl... My brothers on the other hand would deck him. (I have 3 brothers, all ages 15-20 and they're all over 6ft tall except for the 15yr old. he's going on 6ft. lol the 20yr old is 6'6, the 17yr old is 6'2)

haha... about kicking her in the face. with my crazy family I don't think I'm gonna be giving out the date of my csection simply because my mom's side of the family FEUDS like hicks... seriously, there have been times where it's almost come to blows between parts of the family. and if a certain person comes and bugs my husband he'll probably deck him.(an older male cousin who thinks it's funny to grab my hubbys butt and make him think he's gay...he's straight but just likes getting a rise out of my hubby... he just keeps on and won't leave him alone)

You are exactly right about when the baby gets here there will hardly be any "time" together for you both. It will be hard to leave your newborn especially at a daycare with people you don't know. It will be hard at first but you will get use to it. That is sweet of him but it might be better even if he has to get 2 jobs you could always schedule dates and stuff. I hope everything works out for you both and your new bundle of joy when he arrives! My family and I are doing fine!! Thanks!!!

No problem!! That is definitely not selfish!! I want to be with my babies 24/7 but I have to work. You know what I mean? I know when I start working again my husband and I will not be seeing alot of eachother either and that is going to suck. But right now we live with my Grandmother and I know if I want my own place I am going to have to get a job too. I will definitely be here for you if you need to talk because it took me awhile to find someone who feels exactly the same as I do. But i hate it not being able to be a stay at home mom forever. Keep in touch!!! You and Pat will make it through!!!

I was just going through the comments in week 17 and I noticed you are also on the rollercoaster ride. I have been sooo emotional, it is driving me crazy. My husband has been tiptoeing around the house so he would not make me cry. it is horrible how emotional i have been. One mintue I will be all happy and the next mintue I am crying for no reason. So u are not alone. This is my second child and I do not remember being this emotional. Anywhoo CONGRATES on the pregnancy !!!
