Pregnant with my second child. I had my first child after 3 M/C's and was able to make it to 36 weeks with a healthy little boy who is now 19 months. I had a very good Dr in Denver that decided to do surgery to see what was going on and they found that I had endimitriosis and cleaned out my uterus (got preg 2 months later). I also was put on progesterone supplements during my first tri-mester and was seen weekly. With this pregnancy, everything has gone normal! I also developed pre-eclampsia at my 35th week and was put on meds again along with bed-rest but it didn't help. I did not get to experience labor pains at all! I guess I am not missing out on much. This time I will also have another C-Section and will be scheduled 1-2 weeks before my due date of Aug 8th. This will be it for us, I tell everyone that I don't make a good preg woman : )

March 20th - Today we found out we're having a BOY. Our due date was also changed from 8/8/08 to 7/30/08. We are also having a c-sec so my Dr will deliver a week before our due date. Everything is going well! Though my placenta is in the front so that explains the reason I really can't feel the movements.

no dilation or effacement here either. my contractions have been no less than 14 minutes apart so i guess it's really nothing to worry about. good luck to you!!

Hey my belly is also as hard as a rock and I am measuring 2 weeks bigger also. I told my doctor about how I feel and she just smiled. I told her that there is no way that I will make it all the way to my due date.
There is no room in there for much more growth!!

Hi there, I am having a scheduled cesarean and I am due on July 29. My doctor says that he would like to schedule it 10 days prior to my delivery date (so he could put me as close to 39 weeks as possible). It does make me anxious because I don't want to go into labor before the scheduled date. I could imagine this is the way you are feeling. Good luck to you and only God and baby know when the time it right.

i am having a scheduled c-section to. most doctors will do it one week before your due date. mine wants to do it exactly at 39 weeks. my baby has always measured big but thats never been a concern to me. i had the same situation with my last pregnancy and it was fine. i have a low lying placenta so my doctor says depending on my condition he may take my baby out even a few days earlier than that. its always best to leave the baby in as long as possible being that you want the babies lungs to be as developed as possible. i would hate to have my c-section too early and have my baby have breathing complications. good luck!

yeah we are kind of having a hard time.. i hope it gets easier. I do ALL of the cooking and cleaning and he doesnt help he just plays video games for like 5 hours or more a day

Yes I have heard of infections that occur if a child isn't circumsized...I don't want my son to have to go through that....I just don't think I can bear seeing my lil man in all that pain....but he'll thank me later when he gets older! =)

aw dont say that!! I bet you are a beautiful pregnant woman.. I know its hard we have had ups and downs this whole pregnancy.. i was hit by a car.. i had bleeding.. they read the wrong 20 week scan and said our baby had D/S and doesnt.. then they said he had cysts and doesnt.. now I might have GD.. and i have hypertension.. Keep your head up .. i know how hard it can be.. Ill pray for you and always have an open ear.

when i get up and move around alot they are like 140's over 90's but when i am resting and sitting upright they are like 135 over 79.. but laying they get as low as like 110/63 so i am kinda bordered.. I did the 24 hour urine test and they said it came back good.

Ultrasound went well! I am just having a big baby boy :o) They said everything looked great! They may do another ultrasound in a few weeks just to recheck his growth again and see if maybe he just had a big growth spurt this last month?!?! SO well see :o) Oh and she also remeasured me and I was only measuring 30wks today. So it may have been his position on Monday when I was measuring so much?? When do you go to the doctor again?
