Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

I have heard that you should NOT use bumber pads as the strings that tie around the crip can come undone and strangle your baby! I am not risking it, hope this helps.

hey saw ur message...and i found out the sex at 17 weeks...it took a while but she finally opened her legs!...at ur doctors they probably wont tell u cuz they want 2 be 100% accurate so they hold it off for as long as pssible...im guessing thats why.

Did you have your u/s recently? They can definitely tell by 20 weeks!

I'm from week 30. Not sure why your tech was like that!?!? I found out early at 13 weeks- and we rechecked at 20 weeks. Is the same tech there everytime?

I'm sorry to hear that your u/s tech won't tell you the sex of your baby. When did you have your u/s? They can definitely tell by now at 20 wks! My u/s was very clear that it's a boy. I hope you can find out soon, b/c I'm sure waiting is torture for you!
