OMG I got my BIG FAT POSITIVE!!!!!!

TTC JOURNEY!!!!

Feb 19 2008 So I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was positive, but a faint line. So today I had my husband buy another one and I just took it and the line is alot darker, so I guess I am def pregnant. I am so excited. I am so shocked it happened this fast we tried once and BANG. So I am due October 30 2008, which will make my son 7 years old, and my daughter will be 15 months(WOW). I can not wait. Hurry up October.

Feb 18 2008 Well I took a pregnancy test again this morning to find out that it was a BFP, I was a bit shocked only because I took 2 test during the week and one the other night. This one is faint, but so were the ones I took with my other 2 kids. I am going to take another in 2 days and see what happens. I am soooo excited...

FEB 13 2008 7 more days until I can test and it is killing me, I am still having the mild cramping that I normally get b4 my period only this time the cramping is starting almost a week early. So if course that is getting my hopes up. I guess all I can do is sit and wait. BOO!!!!

FEB 12 2008 Today I had some mild cramping and my breasts feel a tad tender. I have done this to myself before. I tend make myself believe I have pregnancy symptoms, then when testing day comes and I get a BFN I get soooo upset. I am praying that this upcoming testing day my husband and I have some good news and we will expect a baby this coming October.

good luck! it will take sev nights prob..wow, i hope my next baby sleeps like your first! gabe was a nightmare..he woke every 1 1/2-2hrs till he was 4 months..then he would sleep for 3 hrs straight if i was lucky!..they say the second is harder..i hope for the greater good of the world they are wrong!..i think another colicky baby would drive me out of my mind!

my son was doing that same thing up until sev months ago..he would wake every morning at 2am screaming..i had gotten him in the habit of getting up and giving him a bottle and putting him back to bed..i talked to his doc about it and he said by 9 mo they should def be sleeping through the night without needing a feeding..if not they have developed a habit..needless to say, when i found out i was pregs, i knew i had to break that habit..it was so tough, but we did the cry it out method..for the first 3-4 nights he woke up crying and would sometimes stay awake for at least 2 hrs before giving it up..we would just check on him every 15 mins or so, but were told to not take him out of the crib at all..we stuck through it and after about 5 days he totally quit waking up and now sleeps till about 6:30 before waking up for good..i wish he would sleep in longer though..its so hard for me to get up that early because i'm not sleeping good at all!

thats good that you get in some exercise..most of what i get comes from chasing gabe! i know i just have to cut out the snacking late at night and i need to quit buying the junk when i go shopping!..you got that right about not having time to eat once the baby is here..i don't think i ate a warm meal for months after gabe was born..we will have our hands full..as long as this baby isn't colicy and has reflux i will be happy..gabe screamed for the first 4 mo of his life..it was a total nightmare.

Going by your pics, I think you look great! I was about 30 pounds more than I wanted to be when we found out we were expecting. I had joined weight watchers and had lost 10 and then the news! :) I am SO PARANOID about gaining too. I am only 5'2" and weighed 158 when I found out, so I don't have much room before I look like a flippin beach ball! :) I walk in the morning, walk after work and just HOPE that I keep myself in check! Good luck! We can do it! Only 6 more months to go or so....:)

hey, i also gained 40 with my last baby..he is now 11 months..i lost all of it but 7..but still, i am so paranoid about gaining weight!..i think i have gained 3 pounds so far, but that has been since my last visit..i really hate it..i know we are supposed to gain, but i don't want to got over 20 this time..my doc said he likes for his patients to gain at least 20 because you need those extra fat stores for breastfeeding..i think i already have the extra fat stores left over from the first! i did exercise during my first preg, but i'm finding it really hard to do that with an 11 month old..i know that helped me lose the weight fast too..i know i won't be able to exercise like that once this baby is born so i got to be extra careful with my junk food cravings! so i know how you feel!

Hey Girl I just found out I am having Another Girl !!!! I am happy, I kind of was hoping for a boy I know thats what my husband wanted but we are both happy and feel blessed

Well I already feel like a big cow. And there is a lady I work with who is 23 weeks pregnant and you would NEVER EVER guess that she was pregnant when you look at her and it just makes me feel all the more like a big moose!

hey i read a message you left in the sixteen weeks area about the chinese gender predictor. i know its just for fun but i am so confused! most of the ones i find say i'm having a girl yet one of them says a boy. the one that says a boy says its a 50/50 chance-well duh!!!!! do you know which one you used for your girls? just curious-time will tell though :-)

Hey, Happy Belated Mothers Day, I hope you had a wonderful one, I know I did my husband and little girl spoiled me rotten. Hope everythings going well with you, your family, and the lil one inside. I am just counting down the hours till next Tuesday when I get to find out if I am having a boy or another Girl ! I guess I am still having hard to believe I am really having another one, and this time next year I will have another little one in my arms OH MY! :o)

I'm confused. So, when you go in for the ultrasound, they won't tell you what you're having? You have to wait a week for your doctor to tell you? That's wierd. I would be so impatient! :)

I feel nothing other than the occasional stretching. Sometimes I feel something right where the baby is but it's nothing like what you described. I guess I just have to wait longer :(
