Hello All, my name is Lorie, I am 26 and recently married (May 5th 2007) to my wonderful Husband Casey. We each have a child from a previous relationship. I have a 4 1/2 year boy old named Andrew and now a beautiful 2 1/2 year old step-daughter named Madison who lives with us. We are now on number 3 together .

Well I like when all you lovely ladies keep a "diary" on here so I think I'll start :) I had my doctor appointment on Monday and they gave me my big ultrasound date, January 10th at 11am.... Im excited, I can now know what Im really having without all yellow & white :) Im wishing for disability early... totally stressing these days... but I know its all in the Lords hand and Im trusting he will get me through! Or on disability :)

OK, so I guess I havent been too good on starting that preggy blog thingy.... oops :) Well I found out I am having another little boy... My husband was shocked when the ultrasound tech said... scrotum, penis... its a boy.... he was putting money on the baby being a girl! lol I was right I said boy :) We are gonna name him Luke Michael... I think its a great name, maybe becuase I thought of it lol... Well I have been in alot of pain the last few weeks.... sharp stabbing pains on my left side and just general soreness and pretty bad cramping... but I havent called my doctor... I go to see her on Firday so I figure I will just wait until then... my baby boy is kicking me like crazy so as long as thats good, i feel ok with waiting.... he also kicks really really low, sometimes I feel like his foots gonna pop out... ewww :) I think my biggest problem with calling the doc is becuase I dont want to be one of those girls again who calls the doctors for every little thing.... I was like that with my first but now I feel like I dont have a right to be that way... I dont know... strange... My baby girl is gonna be 3 on the 15th.... and then my bubbs is 5 on March 12th.... and then my hubby is 25 on April 4th, and then our anniversary is May 5th and then baby is coming May 27th and my sister is due August 5th and my birthday will be August 23rd.... geez.... its gonna be a busy year!!!! Oh ya... my sister is due 10 weeks after me... this is her first baby... she just got married in October... And then like around November my Husband said... your sister is pregnant... I can just tell... 1 week later... Lorie Im pregnant! lol I guess he was right about one thing :0) She doesnt waste any time!

So I thought I would share a totally awesome, YAY GOD, type of thing in my life. I got a fix it ticket for a burned out tail light back in September.... Well I forgot about it, until I got a notice that I now owed about $200 to take care of it! Well I figured I would take care of that in 2 weeks when I got back from the married couples cruise for our church.... well when i came back I had a letter waiting for me saying my liscence was going to be suspended on Feb 14th (happy Valentines day to me) and I now owed $458 to take care of it!!!! My mom said she would loan me the money to pay it but every one, even the chick at the DMV said I would be stupid to not go to court and try and get it lowered. So last night I went to night court.... I was there from 4-7 waiting to have my case heard.... I watched as other stupid forgetful or uncaring people like myself got their fines reduced by $200.... which $250 is way better than $450, so finally my turn came up and I told the judge I had it fixed and no police station would sign it off becuase it was past due and he asked me to raise my right hand to acknowledge everything I had told him about getting the light fixed was true and I said yes and he said all fees had been dropped and I owed $10 for the correction amount.... $10!!!!! I was so happy!!!! I had been praying all day and I was so scared to go.... but the Lord totally blessed me even though I was the stupid one who didnt take care of it in the first place... ahhhh, the Lord is so good even when we dont deserve it :)

Is this your first pregnancy: Nope... second... the first was 5 years ago!
When did you find out you were pregnant: September 26th at about 12:30 in the morning....
Was it planned: No.... but it wasnt being prevented either... we were letting God do his thing!
What was your first reaction: Shock... Casey knew what the result was when I walked outta the bathroom 5 seconds later.
Who was with you when you found out: Me and Case and the kids were there but they were asleep.

How did your parents react: His mom and my parents were super excited and happy... his dad was pretty unphased but he is not an emotional man.
How far along are you: 12 weeks today 11/12/07
What was your first symptom: Nothing really.... I guess cramping... the thing that made me take the test was I was craving to chain smoke a whole pack of cigs in 1 night... I thought it seemed weird so I tested
What is your due date: May 27th
Do you know the sex of the baby: Not yet... I want it to be a surprise but Im sure Case will talk me into finding out
If so, what is it: Only time will tell
Have you picked out names: Not mutually agreed upon

How much weight have you gained: Like 20... but this is how it worked last time too... and I only gained 26 total
Do you have stretch marks: Yes! But so far only the ones from my Andrew.
Have you felt the baby move: Yes I have... I thought it could be gas but I definantly remember that feeling... Its kinda early.... but I have been feeling them for about 5 days or so
Have you heard the heartbeat: Yes... but very faint at 9 weeks

Will you keep the baby: Wouldnt consider anything else
Home or hospital birth: Hospital... I love the hospital I have
Natural or medicated birth: I had an epidural with Andrew and it was heaven sent... If Im induced again I will definantly have one
Who will be in the delivery room with you: Casey and probably my mamma.... and depending on how it all goes.... and what they say.... and what time its at... I might have andrew too... he will be 5 and I think he would like it

Will you breastfeed: Im gonna try again... last time I only lasted a month
Do you think you'll need a c-section: Dont know... never went into labor with Drew...
Will you cry when you hold the baby for the first time: I know I will
What's the first thing you might say to him/her: Praise the Lord for you my angel

Would you let someone videotape the birth: I would love to
Are you excited about the birth, or scared: Excited... Ill be scared sooner to the date.
