Hey, nothing here yet!
Well I got to here my little ones heartbeat yesterday. 150 bpm. I `m so excited to be getting to the end of my first trimester. After more than 3 years of trying it is amazing to finally hear that little heartbeating inside me. Our foster daughter is excited and has ordered a sister I guess we will find out if she is right in about 6 weeks. Best wishes to all

Well I am 17 weeks now and alot of the problems I was having at 15 weeks are gone. I have my energy back but still get tired pretty quick. Our 2 and 4 year olds can wear me out quicker than running a marathon. We hope to find some news out about them soon. By that I mean whether we get to adopt them or if they will go to a biological family member. We love them so much it has been like they were ours since the beginning but what the courts decide goes and there is nothing we can do about it. Being a foster parent has alot of wonderful ups and then it can have its devastating downs. But we love these kids and are going to do all we can to make their lives wonderful. I hope that all you ladies are having wonderful pregnancies. With Love Cassy

Well went to the doctor yesterday for a cold. She said that if I'm not careful it will become neumonia. So now I'm on antibiotics and an inhaler to help me breathe. The baby is fine and that is the most important thing. He has a great heartbeat and I have finally gained a couple of pounds. I'm 18 weeks and 4 days and have only gained 5 pounds so far. But I guess that it is a good thing too. Take Care Ladies and Keep in Touch. With Love Cassy

Well that cold I had turned out to be asthma. Last week I got to the point where I could not breathe and a lung specialist said that I had pregnancy induced asthma. They gave me an inhaler and I feel better than I have in a long time. I'm 21 weeks and 5 days so it isn;t going to be too much longer. The foster kid situation is still very much up in the air and we don't have a clue now what is going to happen. Some new stuff has come up that may change the whole course of the case. Well I'll keep you all posted. Best wishes Cassy

Well I must say that watching Dylon kick me now is even more fun than just feeling it. My husband was watching my belly, which I'm huge by the way, and he saw him moving and kicking Dusty just couldn't believe it and was in amazment. I have been doing really well and Dylon is already well over 2 lbs. The doctors think he could end up being around 9 lbs. Can you say epidural please. HAHAHA Don't worry I plan to go without drugs but I like to keep my options open. We still have our kids but not yet able to adopt so that is a bummer but we still have them that is the important thing. Well better go Take Care all you Mommys Cassy

I can't believe that within 9 weeks I will be face to face with my son. It is so amazing to think after all the heart break and BFNs that soon it will be more than worth all the pain. We have heard good news about our foster kids but because of confidentiality I can't say more. God has blest us beyond my wildest dreams. Much Love to All

Well I'm 34 weeks today and can't wait to see my little man. Our 2 kids started school this week. It was so weird having the house to myself for a few hours but very nice. We are so excited that our family of four will soon be five strong. Dylon has to be one of the most anticipated babies ever in our familes. Everyone has had to wait a long time for him because of the fertility issues and are getting a little impatient. It's Dylon's show so they will just have to wait on him to show his little face. Take Care and Much Love

Ok I have made it to over 36 weeks. The doctors told me when I went into preterm labor a couple of weeks ago that I wouldn't probably make it this far. Well I showed them. It is hard though having contractions every day that make your life miserable. But now I'm 2-3 cms so hopefully it won't be much longer. We found out good news about our other kids. They are going up for adoption and soon they will be ours(6-9months). It is nice to know that the pregnancy and all the worries with having "foster kids" will soon be over. I'm so happy for everyone and can't wait to see all the baby pics. Much Love to All and Happy Laboring!!!
