Awe.. You too =( Have they been able to relieve you of your symptoms? I am resting today for my ligaments, plus Dr. suggested I purchase a belly support. We'll see.. hopefully that helps! The headaches.. well Dr says I can do the self remedy of tylenol but if they continue he'll prescribe something stronger. =)

Hey Ms. lady.... Thanks for checkin in on us. We are doing ok. Just havin some pregnancy blues... HEADACHES & Dr. says I over stretched some ligaments... So I have been takin it easy. Other than that we're just trying to plug along at names... LOL not a pretty scene =)

Some people I have spoken to have gone without marks the whole way through-and then had some show up at the very end of their pregnancy-but I'm not sure if this is common, or just those select people?!
Thanks! And to you too! I am the COMPLETE opposite, I do nothing but eat :-) Really enjoying just eating whatever I feel like! My little man is fab!! Moves all day every day! I love just watching my belly and seeing him make my skin move! How about you? How are you and bub?

The things that I have been told that work are keeping up your fluid intake (2L a day!) and things like fish and chicken are full of protein, also pork and nuts and seeds (seasame seeds and almonds). Which seems to have worked for me so far, as I already have quite a large baby belly(on a tiny frame!) and havent got a single stretch mark yet!! I hope this helps!!

Thank you Thank you!! Awe names are a bit challenging. We had a name for a boy settled on, but for a girl. WOW that is a little harder. =) So can your partner feel your lil Neco move around too?
