They induced me early because I had a severe case of pre-eclampsyia and unfortunatly they don't know what caused it to rupture, could have been my extremely high blood pressure or could have been the stress caused from labor, no clue.

I know what you mean about the pain/pressure I too have been getting it. but for some reason mine seems to be in my rectum. TMI>> almost like I have to go, but nothing happens. I wonder if the baby is sitting that low to bother that area? I go to the doctors tomorow so I am going to ask her.

ugh men can so damn ridiculous!!! but I know he is an emotional person so 2nite imma be nice to him and try to amend things so i told him to come ova late (wink wink) and i have sumthin for hi. i just dnt want our daughter to come into this world and we are fighten! so although we r both headstron ppl we have to make it work. Plus I really do love his over sensitive and emotional behind (arent we the pregnant ones?!! hehe)but i guess i just have to let him know that its time to grow up, and imma be here regardless so we have to deal wit it sumtime, y not nw!?!

I think the point of Business of Being Born is that midwives should help low risk moms and OB-GYN's should help high risk moms. That the majority of women can safely birth at home or a birth center and that OBs should be available for emergency situations. The director had a high risk birth and thank goodness she had a trained midwife that recognized it and an OB to handle it. For the other women, they were low risk and didn't need interventions. I think the point of the film is that we need OB-GYNs for the high riskers and midwives for the rest.

I loved my IUD!!!! I had merina, and loved... I am on of 4 other girlsfriends of mine and we all love it... I have had no problems, nor did my husband ever feel it. I had it taken out on October 26th 2007 to try an concieve... this little one was conceived on November 7th 2007... needless to say... your fertility jumps right back!!!

Hi there just to let you know I had a little girl on the the 7th of June excatly a month early we are so chuffed with her she is perfect , I had to be flown to the mainland as my pre eclampsia came back the neares hospital was full up so they had to fly me by air ambulance 300 miles to the next one but we managed fine and Ewen loves his little sister so much I hope all is well with you too!

Holy girl! you woke up on fire today! haha! Thats sucks about your BF...he pays child support and doesnt get to see the child?!!! I think that there is something he could bring up at court abut that no? anyways, Its horrible when ex's just cant let go! HOLY! I really hope for you that she leaves you alone...you have a great deal of patience and that is really good ! it sounds like he is lucky to have you! His family should really be supportive though...I feel for you. sounds like you have yourself well looked after thoug! Have a great day girl!
