Hello everyone!

My name is Bianca, I'm 19 and live in Brisbane Australia. This is my first pregnancy for me and my partner Kristian who I've been with for 3 years now, we are very excited. We are having a little Girl and cant wait to meet her. I am 28 weeks pregnant and have so far had a really easy pregnancy. I haven't had any morning sickness and all blood tests came back fine. I started to feel my lil girl move around 16 weeks and she shore lets me know that she is there. She moves lots and gives me big strong kicks which can be seen from the outside. I already love her to bits and cant wait to meet her!

WaS BoRn On ThE 23rD oF jUnE!

BiRtH aNd LaBoR:

I was induced last Sunday at 4pm they put this gel in and told me that I may experience some mild cramping but not to be concerned that thats just my cervix softening (or something like that) and that they would put the IV drip in me in the morning to start contractions. After gel was put in I was placed on a monitor for 40 mins to monitor the baby's heart beat and contractions. I started to feel some mild cramping in my lower back but nothing to painful. My mother, sister and partner where sent home because the midwives believed that I wouldn't go into labor during the night and if I did they would call them and get them to come back... they left at like 11pm and at 11:30pm the pain was a minute apart and so so bad i couldn't get comfortable in any position. I left my bed and went to re heat my heat pack (I was cry my eyes out), A midwife sent me back to my room and sent someone in to check how far dilated I was. At that point I was 5cm dilated they called my mum, sister, and partner who had only been home for half an hour and moved me to the birthing unit. Then from there I was placed in the shower on an aerobics ball, the pain was getting to so so bad and I couldn't handle it anymore so I was given gas. My family end up arriving and from then on I was in the shower for a further 1hour, in that time my water broke. The midwives checked me again and I was 9cm dilated I was moved to the bed and was ready to push after an 1hour of intense pushing Izabelle was born. All i really can remember was feeling an urge to push and a burning feeling (down there). I tore in three places, but the tares are really high up and I was told that it is very unusual to tare in the place I did. :unsure Izabelle was born at 1:30 am on the 23rd of June. It was the most amazing day of my life, one I will never forget.

Nah shes on formula, i had her on NAN, but then changed her to Novalac for reflux due to vomiting and shes to still be vomiting on that and just being really unsettled. So im sorta trying both but at night Novalac is good for her. Durning the day Taelynn sleeps around 3-4 hours and durning the night she will have one sleep for 5 hours and the others she goes 3-4 hrs ago. I wish babies oculd talk at time, sometimes Taelynn stays awake for ages but has to be cuddled or she crys! It hard but i guess its trial an error! xox

same bleeding is almost gone...
well if u breat feed then its faster, and usually 1 to 2 wlks or so, its been 2 for me

yeah i breast feed all my kids
my youngest daughtet till she was 3, so i was 4 months pregnant with Logan...(ewww i look back how did i do tat gross) only at night but still teeth eww
and hes ursing like a champ but it still hurts when hefirst latches!
well he has been doing the same alot, so prob!

i've never heard of Nitrous Oxide being available for labor! that's pretty cool. i wonder if they offer that here in the states....i would like to try it. i really want to be able to do it without an epidural. i think the fact that you cant feel anything or where to push and how hard scares me more than labor and delivery!
does breastfeeding hurt?
sounds like you 2 are becoming pros now! that's really good. i hope you're getting some rest, and taking it easy!

Thats great shes a good baby, ive been having some problems with Taelynn with vomiting but is getting better. Shes healthy so its the main thing! I love being a Mummy 2, am tried at times but am starting to get used to it lol x

awwwwwwwwwwww what a beautiful story ia m surprised they even sent family home
and how did u stay in shower it must have been hard i couldnt even walk or stand and i tyred the ball it helped for a few min then i needed back into bed cause i was so sore i need to be on side and scream and i was in hard labor for so long, u must be so sore from tearing,,,,,
i want to see pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh my gosh! how EXCITING!! congratulations! i'm so happy for you! so you moved along pretty quickly huh??
what is the "gas" they put you on? were you still able to feel everything? or is it like an epidural?
take your time, no rush responding, i know you're quite busy with your little one finally out! she sounds like a good baby! hope she lets you get some rest, and you're healing up good! oh, are you breast feeding? if so whats that like? is it hard? painful?
