Yeah-I actually just bought one the other day! They are worth the money!!!! I still get backaches, but it helps a lot. I am going to the chiropractor Friday. Lets hope that works!!!!! Can you believe we only have 12 more weeks?

My lower back still hurts at the end of the day. I saw a physical therapist and he showed me some stretches that help. Also since I have a desk job he told me to elevate my feet under my desk (just put them on something like a couple of phone books) but as long as your knees are at the same height or higher than you hips it takes pressure off your back. I have noticed a big difference. The pain is bearable now.

I think the sugar test is to test you for gestational diabetes. I am not positive though. I have to take that test in a few weeks too. How are you feeling?

I use Icy Hot alot and the doctor said that is ok. So I would use that instead of bengay. Also there is this stuff called Tigers balm but I never tried it. Hope this hope. :)
