I am 26 years old and my husband and I are expecting our first baby July 23, 2008. We could not be more excited. We had a miscarriage in August of last year, and we feel like this baby is our little miracle! We are having a little boy and we have decided to name him Liam Riley. I love being pregnant more than anything, but I can not wait hold my little boy!

Thursday, 8 May i agree with your statements that we should be so thankful that we are able to have children. they are such blessings. i too have wanted to complain, but as i read women's stories of ttc and loss, i just thank God that he allowed me to make and carry this precious baby. mjeans -
Wednesday, 7 May I haven't gain any weight in the last month but that is just because the baby is taking from me which counter affects the weight gain from the pregnancy. I also find I can't eat as much now as the baby is growing up in to my tummy, so I feel full after such a small amount and although I'm trying to eat more often that brings on heartburn...I did most of my weight gain earlier in my pregnancy and have gained 26 pounds to date...michelle Mommy2twogreatkids -

Monday, 5 May My baby girl sits really high in the same position. I can actually feel something round above my belly button. I believe it's her little butt b/c it's soft and not hard like a head. But that's her favorite spot, hardly ever feel her anywhere else. Guess it's true that boys are low and girls are high! singinghide -
Monday, 5 May Not sure how he's laying- would LOVE another ultrasound. I thought we didn't get any after the routine 20-week one. Hmmm.. maybe I could beg my Dr. Anyways, I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one missing out on the rib pain ;) shell1981 -

Monday, 5 May hi
yes my baby is also breech aswell and i know exactly what you mean. the lady who did my 4d scan said he looks a little to cosy as his bottom was right near my pubic bone and his feet were right in front of his face, she also said some babies that are positioned like this dont tend to turn!! ahhhh. i hope so still time yet lol 1sttimemommysumerlea -

Tuesday, 29 April Hi! I don't know the details, but the pain in your stomach could be gas. I had the same thing last week - I knew it wasn't the baby because it was too high up - at the top of my abdomen. It was a killer - I wanted to cry and my husband was freaking out! It subsided after a while. I posted about this last week and some of the ladies told me to drink Sprite or gingerale to help release it. Sounds counterintuitive, but it seems to work! Best of luck to you! emilyanne -
Tuesday, 29 April About belly pains: Do you have gas/heartburn with it? I know before I got my gallbladder out I would have horrible pains on the top right side of my stomach. It gets better when you limit the amount of fats you eat. Just a possibility!! MomJo -
Tuesday, 29 April hi I had similar pain last week. It was as if someone punched my belly and it was sore. But I had other minor symptoms with that such as slight burnings ensation in pee and need to pee often. Ic alled my doc and tehy suspected UTI. Although the test did not show significant infection but during my internet research of my symptoms I found out the pain can eb a sign of minor infection. I recommend youc all your doc and discuss the symptoms with him.her. They will be able to guide you further. I am sure its nothing, but its better to ask. beachbaby -
Monday, 21 April I also measured 24cm at my 25wk Dr. apt, but this is nothing to worry about. Depending on the way the baby is sitting and with a little time this small difference evens itself out. The next day after I measured 24cm I had an u/s and the baby measured 26 wks, but they say that these slight variations are normal and everything is healthy. No worries. Aerykat -
Friday, 18 April Thanks for your advice. I'm just a worry wart big time. Can't wait for my Dr.'s appt next week. Thanks again! *hugs* sarahj82 -
Thursday, 17 April I had my 4D ultra sound you can tell by my pictures on my page and I did not drink pleanty of water because you don't have to but I did eat before I went so the baby was calm and they came out GREAT! Good Luck rhonnott -
Wednesday, 16 April I haven't had my 4D ultrasound yet, but it is scheduled for the 29th. When I made the appointment they told me to drink plenty of water that day and drink more before I come without going to the bathroom! I don't know how that will happen, but I will try! Then I had a friend that told me to eat something sweet on the way to the appointment so the baby will move around. But from what they told me the more fluid the clearer the pictures.
