Well I just recently got married and now my husband and I are trying to conceive. He and I have been together for almost 6 years and counting. We are very anxious to start a family. But I'm pretty scared of the responsibilities and of the unknown. I am also super excited and anxious... I really don't like the waiting time between each month. YIKES!
10/22/2007: Well it's been a week since my doctors appointment and they ordered me a blood test, which came out negative. It's been kind of frustrating cause no AF yet and I dont know what's going on... My cycle is pretty regular and with this bout of bad news I've been trying to keep busy with work and other things. So I'm sorry for not keeping everyone updated. I just want to thank all the lovely ladies who has come by to check it and see what the status is. As of right now I'm scheduled for an exam this Thursday... Don't know what to ask, if I need to ask anything, etc.... Any ideas? It's getting discouraging but I'm trying to keep my hopes up and praying about...
11/20/2007: AF came on 11/07/2007 :( Had a visit with my new OBGYN on 11/13/2007 who I absolutely fell in love with (weird huh?) But he fits my personality, I was completely comfortable with him (considering the circumstances) He said that if it doesnt happen in a year then that's when we should worry, so relax and enjoy. So that's kind of a relief right? I think it would be totally awesome if it happened before Christmas! That would be the perfect gift to give to my husband! :D
02/05/2008: Havent been on in a while to give all the ladies an update. The holidays came and went and no good news. :( Still trying and trying and trying... I've kind of just given up and decided when it's suppose to happen me and my husband will be blessed. (God willing) Anyhow... Just a few more months till we reach that one year mark before we are back to the doctors to see if something is preventing us from getting pregnant. Sorry just been such a hard few months that I think I've purposely stayed off this site for a while with babies babies everywhere its kind of hard to see the cup half full... Well hope all is well with all you ladies. And thanks for all the baby dust... I need a baby tornado! :P
03/28/2008 Well, AF was due between April 15-20, 2008. Didnt really care to take a pregnancy right away considering the previous months of disappointment. For whatever reason while browsing down the aisles of WalGreens I decided to buy a pack of HPT (EPT). I hesitated this morning whether or not I should even take a test cause in my own mind I already decided that it was going to come out the same way it has for the last 10 months. Before I could even put the HPT down the up and down sign of the + started appearing and then sure enough 2 seconds later it was a full on +! I couldn't believe it! I told my husband right away (he was still sleeping, it took him another 30 minutes to get up and realize what I just told him). He went into the bathroom and was like... MAN that + is bright! I have my first check up on May 19, 2008 kind of a ways away but I cant wait! Calculated due date: December 25, 2008. What an excellent gift!

Where the heck did the time go???
He's such a BIG boy now! Although we had trouble in the Walmart buggy today.
Don't think mommy had his little belt placed correctly. He fell to the side twice, but luckily never hit his head.
He's in his new Britax car seat and it's SO much easier getting him in and out. I wanted to buy myself something for my birthday on Friday, but Walmart didn't have the DVD I wanted so I purchased some more clothes for Mo. If I can't buy for me then I will ALWAYS buy for Mo.
I got him a puzzle that makes sounds when you put the pieces back in. It's so neat. It's called Farm Animals Puzzle. Got it for $10 at BELK'S.
It's a Britax Diplomat and it's one of the best investments we've made! I went to the Sheriff's office to have it checked out and was told to follow Britax's instruction on forward and rear facing. I'm going to be turning Mo around VERY soon. It says to do it when he's over 20 pounds. The officer told me at first to keep him rear facing as long as possible but when his assistant read the side of the car seat he said nevermind follow Britax's instructions, they know that they're talking about!
Took Mo shopping at Walmart yesterday and for the first time he got to sit in the buggy in the front! WOW! Such a big boy!!
He reached for everything on the shelves. Even got a loaf of bread down when mommy wasn't looking!
I had one of the buggy covers in it and it has toys on there for him, but Mo was more interested in what was on the shelf.

Be blessed my friends!
