We are having baby number 5........WOW what a shocker.

Hi My name is LaShana and I have been married to my wonderful husband Santos for 6 years. And we have Four beautiful kids and another on the way. I work for a foster care and adoption agency and I have been there for 5 years as well. I love to go shopping and just riding around to different places. I like to meet new people with the same interest that I have. And I really like spending time with my family as always. This baby will be my 5th pregnancy, we have one girl and three boys and this baby we hoping it is a girl. And congrats to all of the expecting mothers and to the ladies that are ttc Good Luck!!

Well ladies I am back and pregnant again, how about that. This one was really a shocker cause I had just gotten my IUD taken out and I had my period for only two days. So I just knew that it was coming from me having my IUD taken out. Oh the reason why I had gotten my IUD taken was because it was giving me problems so my doctor put me on the nuvaring. So I was getting advice from different people that use the nuvaring and they told me to wait until my period comes on and then use the nuvaring so it wont mess with you cycle. Well I guess that didn't work cause now I am preggo with number 5 lol. Well my Husband of course is so much happy and he keeps saying that he hopes this baby is a girl........so do I.

Today I had took another test just to make sure I was pregnant lol, I am so in denial lol. But there it was two lines big as day. So I finally scheduled my first doctors appt. today for July 22, 2008 @ 10am.

Well yesturday when I was at work, I went to the bathroom and I felt alot pressure in my vajayjay and it was not so nice. So I called my husband to tell him that I think I might need to go to the hospital because I don't feel right. So I called my doctor and he told me that everything was fine and that my vajayjay was just stretching for the baby to come. So I felt a little better and I slept really good last night too. I was just a little worried because my kids like to come a little early sometimes. Like my 3.5 year old son, he came 5 weeks early and my 17 month old son came 5 days early which is not bad. The only baby that came late was my 6 year old daughter, she was 4 days late. But I will keep everyone posted on what goes on from now.

I am so ready to have this baby!! I just wanted to share that!! But anyways yesturday I had to reschedule my appt that was for this monday but I am glad they said I could come in Tuesday. Because I really want to get checked, I really think I am dilated. It really feels like it. So but today I am just seating here not doing anything but I really need to be cleaning but I am too tired. But I will update on my doctors appt. on Tuesday.

Okay Tuesday for my doctor's appt. everything went well. But my appt. for Thursday July 12, I had my ultrasound done and they said that my lil man weighed 4lbs. 11oz already. So I am a little excited about that. So I have to go back in three weeks (Aug. 8) to see how I am going to deliver him, I am hoping vaginal.

Aug. 1, 2007

I had my GBS test today and NO I did not get checked because first of all, my appt was at 1:45PM. I lefted my house at 12:30pm and it only takes me like 15-20 mins driving to my doctor's office. Well me being so tired of walking and being lazy, I wanted to try to park in front of the building but of course that was not happening. It was full so I had to park around the corner in the high ass parking garage. So I got there 15 mins. early because I did not want to be in there all damn day. So they called me in right away and I sat in that room for about 30 mins. waiting on my doc to come and boy was I mad because I wanted her to check me. But I was so mad and in a hurry because I had to pick up my daughter from camp at 3pm, so now it was 2:45 pm. So I had to walk fast around the corner to the parking garage and pay them $16 for parking. And then while I was waiting for them to bring me my van this dumb lady is taking all damn day getting into her car and moving stuff in her truck. I mean pull that over and get out of the way lady. So I was trying to get around those slow driving people so I won't be late getting my daughter. So I got there and it was 3:30 pm and the people that was there didn't mind staying with her and I didn't have to pay a late fee . So after all that I just got home because I had to go get my two sons at the daycare and then pick up my husband at work. So I think I am going to just rest now because my day went kind of crazy. So my next appt. is next week on the 10th and I hope that day will be better then today and I want to get checked because I have been having these BH contractions and they are really starting to hurt. But thanks ladies for reading my post because I just need to vent a little!!

Well ladies I know I am a little late but my doctor scheduled my C-section date and it is on the 27th of this month. Of course I was a little bit mad because that is like almost my due date, which is fine because I want my lil man to be healthy as possible. So there is some good news and I have some 37 weeks pics below....

Well ladies I had my son finally on Aug 15 @4:25am and he weighed 6lbs. 5oz. 18 1/2 inches long. He is so perfect and I had him by c-section. Tues. Aug. 14 all day I was having contractions so we went to the hospital and they kept me because everytime I had a contraction my baby's heart rate was going down. So it was 3:25am when they told me they where going to do an emergency c-section in about a hour. Boy was I getting scared LOL! But they had to put me to sleep because I was freaking out and then he was breech, I really don't know when he turned. But I was sleep in about 2 seconds and then I remember waking up in my room all dazzed from the drugs, so I pretty much don't remember anything after they put me to sleep. But my lil man is here and doing good so here are some pics of me and him below...
