Monday, 6 October took madisyn to the pedi.....she's on oralyte for the next 24 hours (with little to no formula) and if she still has a fever and diarrhea tomorrow, then IV fluids in the hospital will be administered and we'll talk about admitting her for a couple days to monitor her. thanks for tall of the input.... Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Monday, 6 October sorry i haven't been on to respond to anyone for the last few days. i have a very important question, tho.....do u think it's normal for my 3 and a half month old to have a temp of 102+???? I took madisyn to the ER friday because she was weak, throwing up, diarrhea, her eyes were really red and tearing when she wasn't crying, and her temp was 102.4..... The ER dr said it was OK and told me to give her pedialite and keep her hydrated and it should run it's course in a couple days. At 4 this morning, her temp was still 102.1...... does this sound normal? He didn't run any tests, just listened to her..... Do you think I should take her to the pedi dr anyway? madiraevin -

Wednesday, 20 August SORRY IF THIS IS TMI, BUT IT WILL EXPLAIN MY DR APPT YESTERDAY! Ok, so I gave birth on a thursday, and the tuesday after, I went to the dr because I was running a fever and I had some weird stuff "hanging out" of my privates.... it turned out to be membranes left after birth. The nurses were instructed to double check me before I went home, but no one did. SO....my dr gently removed it and gave me antibiotics to prevent infection. WELL, the bleeding I was having was STILL from that. There was a "yarn string" sized amount still there... Again, we removed it, and now I'm fine. Also, I started Seasonique birth control at my 6 week check up and that's another reason for the bleeding. madiraevin -

Sunday, 17 August If you start eating oatmeal every day it wil increase your milk supply so you can start storing milk. I read it on here and everyone said it works. I have been having it each morning for a week and have no longer had to give my daughter a top up of formula after every feed ( even at night) and she is sleeping better. I cant believe how wellk it works and it is good for you and natural. Good luck. madiraevin -

Wednesday, 11 June I read up on the eggplant and aparently it is believed to be the oregano and basil that jump start labor. It all started at a restaraunt in Georgia called Scalini's (I think) and over the course of 23 years, 300 women ate it and went into labor about 48 hours later. Good luck. I will be getting myself some soon!!! YUM!!
