Drew is 6 months old!
My name is Martine & I am married to my best friend Patrick! We tried for 3 1/2 years to have a baby and last August we found out we were pregnant! On Christmas Day, we found out we were having a baby boy and on May 5th, 2008 at 3:03 PM, Andrew Miles made his GRAND appearance and we have been having so much fun since then.
Drew was 7 lbs 10 oz and was 20 inches long
Patrick and I just celebrated our
4 Year Anniversary on June 26th
Drew is 6 wks 2 days old!

CONGRATULATIONS MARTINE! I'm SO thrilled for you!!! He's beautiful! Sorry I've been out of touch - it's been kinda hard to get online with Zack needing so much of my time, and recovery from the c-section has been a little tough. I went into labour the night before my c-section, and as a result had to have an emergency cesarean 7 hours before I was scheduled for one. I think Zack had decided that April 30th was going to be his birthday one way or the other, hehe.
How are you?? Thank you for your messages - you've been so good at keeping in touch. I hope we can continue to do so! I really feel blessed that I've met you here - you're such a doll!

OH beautiful little one! I the day after I wrote that about the umbilical cord his fell off, its' still healing, and sometimes theres traces of blood on his clothes, but only a very tiny ammount that washes out easily. His cord fell off when he was 7 days old I think..... well I hope everything is going good with your little one and CONGRATULATIONS ON BEING A MOMMY!!!!! keep in touch and take care

I am so happy for you mama. How are you feeling? I'm still recovering!!!!! I am so glad you got to have a vag delivery. This whole recovery from a c-section sucks so horribly. I can't get into a routine yet because it seems like I do too much just going grocery shopping. UGH well I am so happy for you and give that baby boy a kiss for me. Luv you.

It is so cool that you went into labor all on your own. God is AWESOME!!
I too had a tear and a episotomy. Just take it easy and use that Dermoplast, ice packs and the tucks. They really do work. I am still sore, but it is healing. So, take it easy momma!!
I will be praying for a speedy recovery. Love you!!
