Drew is 6 months old!

My name is Martine & I am married to my best friend Patrick! We tried for 3 1/2 years to have a baby and last August we found out we were pregnant! On Christmas Day, we found out we were having a baby boy and on May 5th, 2008 at 3:03 PM, Andrew Miles made his GRAND appearance and we have been having so much fun since then.

Drew was 7 lbs 10 oz and was 20 inches long

Patrick and I just celebrated our

4 Year Anniversary on June 26th

I read your comment about BPA and bottles. I spoke to my doc when the 'unsafe' studies were coming out. From my doc said was that he wouldn't stop using them. BPA is in most common items we use every day. He also said so far there is a link.. kinda like there is a link between brain cancer and cell phones (was the example he used). He said if you are going to worry, choose a BPA free bottle, but with the studies that have been conducted so far, he wasn't goin to change his children's bottles (*he has twin 4 month old daughters). I have BPA free bottles now vs the advent that my first son used, but that is b/c that is the only nipple my bf baby will take. He doesn't take bottles often but he is apparently very picky! I would urge you to search BPA and speak with your daughter's Ped!

Girl I am so thinking that I don't care how much pain I'm in, first chance I get to attack hubby I'm going for it!!
But....what did they say about your tailbone?? Mine has been hurtin but I think it's just these gosh darn chairs at work, gosh they are horrible, even after only an hour I swear my tailbones been crushed!
I'm so freakin about how hard it's gonna be with 2 kids by myself. I remember how exhausted I was during the whole exhausted phase of the pregnancy and I felt so horrible, and that was with hubby here to pay her some attention...
But I'm talking to doc this week to see about an induction so maybe we'll get to have daddy come home for a little bit for that one...cross your fingers, pray for me and wish me luck!

babystanton - I think this is something to take seriously. Several countries are doing a full recall on all bpa products. The US hasn't gone that far but Babies R Us is returning them and some Targets are too. I used the ventaires and loved them as well. I hated changing but I did. I now use Born Free which can be found at Babies R Us but are sold out half the time. I went to Whole Foods to get mine. My sister tried the Born Frees and my nephew wouldn't use it so she has gone with the drop-ins. Good Luck!

That is great that he is finally pooping. I know Presley's poop looks like grey poupon it is nasty. Today we had the biggest poop blow out. It went all down his legs and up his back. I seriously wanted throw up!!
