My name is Aimee and I am 20 years old. I am currently still in school studying to become a Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatrics or mental health. My husband Corey is 21 and is enlisted in the Navy.We met about 2 yrs ago through mutual friends one evening at a mall of all places and haven't stopped talking since. Its kinda hard being married to somebody in the military but it's worth it! Our love is strong and our future is bright. We welcomed our little girl Carmen Alise Wisdom on May 24th 2009. She is the light of our lives!

Who in the Chicago land area had baby showers outside of a home and where did you have it? trying to find places to have my Chicago baby shower as I am from there originally and have a lot of family and friends there, but don't want to use anyone's house.

Just got off the phone with my aunt in IND and my dad's funeral will be on the 14th, it seems so far away, but its the weekend after this coming one, so idk maybe not too far, but I have to take off and decide if I will drive or fly. If I am going alone I will just fly, but I dont wanna leave Cameron and Jhia with someone for more than a day or 2, I'm just not comfortable leaving them with someone for that long, but the twins could just stay with their father since he is still down here. Idk yet. If I take the kids, then I know I will drive. Money has been a little tight lately so Idk yet. I think I am going to have to compare gas prices with flight price. No hotel, thankfully because my aunt is letting me stay with her while I am down there.

Its just a lot, Thank God for frequent flyer miles. And once again thank you ladies for being there for me throughout it all.
