Hello everyone,

My name is Bobbi and I recently found out I am pregnant when I have been told forever that I could never have kids. I am very excited but trying to not get my hopes up too much...just in case. I am thrilled that I have been given this lil miracle, I never thought I would be able to have a child of my own, with my eyes or nose or whatever. Well feel free to leave me a comment. I want to start by saying i have had horrible back pain and when i got pregnant my doc recomended some low impact excecise so i asked my ex husband who is active in kung fu and he recomended Tai Chi it is slow low impact balanced movements..so i searched the web and found this wonderful dvd... i love this dvd now that i have been doing tai chi for expecting mothers i noticed i have alot less back pain and i feel the blood circulating more in my body.. so i thought i would suggest it to all the expexting mothers... i feel so much loser and yet stronger at the same time..i even noticed my carpal tunnel has improved. here is the link if your interested. http://healingjax.com/taichibaby.html
