Well at 19:41 miss olivia isobel norton arrived, weighed 6lb 4 oz, 50 cm long, and what a cutie.

Labour: Well i am lucky i supose, i was having a ok day on wednesday but had not gone very far from home , only to see the m/w. i was taking it easy and waiting for chris to come home from work so that i could go to hospital to pick up some painkillers. chris arrived home at 6 30pm and i said lets go to the hospital to get my painkillers then we can chill out when we get back. At 6 45pm when i stood up from the bed to go to the hosp[ital my waters broke. Yes the the panic set it, i instantly felt like i wanted to push but knew i shouldnt, jumped in the car and went to the hospital( it seemed like the longest journey ever , and the walk from the car par to the delivery ward was a nightmare.

When i got to the ward they showedme to a suit and said they would come back, before she arrived back i asked chris to press the buzzer cos i wanted pain relief, i walked into the bathroom and the m/w came inand asked me what the pain was like, when i told her she said" right , well it doesnt sound like you are having contractions" and walked out, what i was thinking if this is not contractions then im dying. wheni went to splash my face with water along came another contraction and i pulled the cord, all the medical staff came running and i screamend " im having this baby now". then i had to get examined so on to the bed i go, when the m/w looked she said " oh yeah your right you are having this soon, i was 10cm dilated and she was coming, not long after she was born, no pain relief (only gas and air). she is amazing and i cant explain the emotions you feel when you baby finally comes in to the world. im soooooo pleased she is here, i will post more pics when i get a min, good luck to all you mummys still hanging on in there xxx

well she was due on monday gone and she is 4 weeks old on wednesday gone 1st aug she is just scrumpshous lol she got weighed and she has put 2lb on since she was born she is getting a big girl and she is starting to sleep in the night love her for that

WELL LIL OLIVIA IS NOW NEARLY 8 WEEKS OLD, SHE IS SO GOOD , AND IM SOOO PROUD TO BE HER MUMMY, CHRIS IS SUCH A DOTING DAD SHE HAS HIM WRAPPED ROUND HER FINGER ALREADY LOL. GOOD LUCK TO MY FRIEND LISA WHO HAS GONE INTO HOSPITAL TO HAVE LIL SAM TODAY
