Hello everyone. First time mommy here.
Very nervous and excited at the the same time. 15 Weeks and lets not even start the count down yet because we have too many more to go LOL. I waited to tell my parents, because I was not sure what their reaction asgoing to be. I am the only girl and I have 6 brothers! But they were so excited! My due date is January 22 2008. I was scare .it best not to feel any thing under the knife. yes after when it over and wear out u feel the pain when u are recovering. try to get help at home afterward and during the hospital it be hard to handle the new baby.

Congrads and good luck on your c-section...the spinal isn't bad....If your fine with shots it's a very thin needle that numbs you....I either had a spinal or epidural with my first c-section and an epidural with my vaginal...it's nothing to really worry about then once that is in then they give you the cathiter and all that good stuff...it's really not painful for anything..you'll be sore for a few days but take the pain pills...the scar, you won't even see it...it is soooo low even when I wear bikini panties you can't see it...take care and congrads!!!

I saw your question on someones site asking if the spinal pain relief hurt worse then an IV, I have to be honest its not comfortable by any means but I honestly think an IV hurts worse!

all my friends c section scars our about a inch long after they get done healing. and i guess the healing time takes longer my friends say when they cough they have to hold there stomachs. wish i can tell u more

I had a c sec scheduled with my last one afterthey tred to turn him and they couldnt, but he turned on his own very late. felt like i had a blender in my guts. dont give up he may do it yet.

My sister in law had a c-section and you can't even see the scar. They do it differently now than they use to and it's super tiny!

thank you for the SDI info, but you live inn CA and I live in GA. There are only about 5 states with SDI and GA is not one of them. Thanks anyway! GOOD LUCK!

hey bayareagirl I just read ur comment on the 24 week board and when I was pregnant with my 1st son he came 2 weeks late...they had 2 induce me because I was not contracting at all...but after they induced me he came like 4 hours later...it really all depends on ur baby and ur body...hope that helps :-(

I am from Los Gatos. Its inbetween Santa Cruz and San jose/Campbell. I also have a house in Campbell which is where Zach and I are moving into in like 3 months were remodeling the inside of the house for when the baby comes.
