WOW 37 weeks!! I had Maxx by now! How are you...you must be ready to have your baby in your arms. I am so excited for you two, it really is the best thing! We are moving!! I am so sad...I love it here and really don't want to move but Pete was offered his dream job and now I will get to stay home longer with Maxx but it is farther from home. Hope to see your little one soon!

Usually the silver spoon is a keep sake. I dont see any problem USING it but in my family we keep it with the baby books or in photo frames with lots of pics.

Silver is seen as a symbol of good luck! But usually they dont give it til baby is out an u have her christened/blessed etc.. xx

Thank god I'm not alone. That's funny because I weighed 10lbs. 9oz and I was 23 inches long. That was the first thing my doctor asked me. Were you a big baby? Then when I told her she was like...uh oh. :) Well last week he weighed in at almost 6lbs so I guess I'll just keep on trucking. :) Thanks again for the reassurance.

i just started taking slow fe too. so far/ the only affect is darker stool. just make suren you keep on drinking plenty of water and eating fibr...so far no constipation for me good luck; web

Thanks for Sunday~I am excited to play again but know if I have to play the whole game and Pete plays too I will be too worried about Maxx! The game is at 11 at Parcel Field, which is across the street from the community gardens behind Smith. Do you know where that is? If not I will give you directions, it is really easy I just don't know the street name off the top of my head. Maxx is up to 7 lbs! He is a slow grower but his height and head circumference is right on track so just a skinny mini (wish I had that problem! must be from Pete). Well hope you are doing well, you are almost at week 30!!!!!

Congrats on the test! I knew it would be fine...just want to make us sweat it out! Towards the end I was so nervous and worried that I couldn't do it and as soon as I saw Maxx, everything changed. You are the expert on your baby, you will know what to do once he/she is here. My blood pressure was 110/70, back to normal so it was just pregnancy induced, so weird. It was weird leaving him and weird leaving the house with just my purse. I take him today to meet the daycare woman...I am dreading having to leave him but I know he will be fine! So we will plan on the 12th, I may make a rain date that way we can be outside. That will be a good distraction for me too because I start work on that Monday :( We will have to discuss a guest list...people from your work too? Let me know. Are you going home this weekend?

It was fun! Maxx was hungry though :) How are you doing? When do you go for the 3 hour test? Well, good luck and I am sure you will pass! I had my postpartem appt yesterday and it was the first time I was away from Maxx in almost 10 months! I left him with Pete and it was a bit weird but okay. It also was weird to be at the doctor's office not pregnant and I only have to go back in a year...it still is so new that he is here! Well take care and keep me updated as to your test. We also have to pick dates for your shower...may be the 12th of July? Let me know...

Thanks for the comment! I am a teacher too (and also due on the 8th!) and am standing most of the day. It feels great to put my feet up, unfortunately I can't put them on my desk at work! :) I'm sorry that you are experiencing this too, but it is comforting to know that others have the same symptoms! Hope you are feeling good (other than the backaches and cankles!) How many more school days do you have left? What do you teach?

Happy mother-to-be day! How are you? I am doing well and trying to make a mental list of suggestions for you in the early weeks. We should get together soon...we will have to figure out a time that works. Hope all is well...THIRD TRIMESTER! Now it really flies by. :)
