I've been married for almost 8 years and DH and I were together for 6 years before that. We are best friends and we would be lost without each other.

Over the years, we have been doggy parents to rescues. We currently have 3 dogs, a blind border collie, a golden retriever/shepherd mix and a greyhound mix. We also had 2 other dogs that have since left us, but will never be forgotten.

I became a first time human mom in March 2008. It was unplanned (sort of). I went off the pill and got PG right off the bat. Even though hubby had been told previously a couple years ago by a doc that he may need surgery to be able to father a child.

I M/C at the end of May and it broke our hearts. I'm getting a late start at age 36, but better late than never. We will be trying again after our trip to Europe in October. Until then, I will be charting and if oops I get PG before then, I won't be too heartbroken. ;-)
