INTRODUCTION:

My husband Chris and I got married October 7, 2006. and we have been together for 5 yrs total. My husband is an engineer and I am a housewife. I got laid off from my job in Feb, and decide I didn't want to work for awhile. We thought we would try to have a baby, we just didn't know I was going to get pregnant this fast. We have one dog name Abby and she will be 3 in September, I am a little nervouse to see how she will be around a baby, but I think she will be fine.

We love to travel, been to many different states. We took our last trip this past March to Georgia to visit family. I am hoping to visit FL one last time before I won't be able to travel for awhile. We will be going up north ( 3hrs from where we live) twice this July and I am looking forward to those trips. April 20, 2007 OK I am finally happy I got this figured out thanks to my friend Michele.

So we just found out this past week April 16 that I am pregnant. My husband didn't believe me and thought my friend took the test for me and made me retake it..then he wanted another one so I had to take it again .. I told him they don't lie. I am guessing my due date is Dec 24, cause everyone asks when my last time of the month was and they say YUP Dec 24th. My first visit is with a OB nurse on May 1st, then first real Doc visit is May 9th. So we will know more then.

I am one of those peoples who has to tell the world right away that I having a baby..as you can see I can not keep a BIG surpirse LOL!!

April 21, 2007 I thought I would write to let everyone know how I am doing. I am only in my 4 wks (I think accourding to the computer so far) and feeling great. I think I am 4wks because everyone asks when my last period was and I tell them March 19th. I know I wrote this yesterday, but don't want to confuse anyone LOL! I have not had any morning sickness yet, but can still get it in the next couple weeks, or not get it at all..Every little cramp I feel makes me nervouse..but I know it is normal to have them..esp when you are suppose to have your time of the month.

April 25,007 I went pee 5 times last night and today, I went then 5 sec later I had to go again.. So now every day little by little I am starting to feel pregnant. It is so hard when you find out so early. When we have our next one, I think we should just have it and not plan LOL! I am still feeling great :) no morning sickness yet. I go to see the OB/GYN nurse next tuesday (May 1st). May 9th, is when I meet with the doc for the first time. I hope everyone is feeling well.

May 1, 2007 Well I went to meet with an OB nurse today..went over all of my medical history, had to pee in a cup, which was not easy..cause I didn't have to go..and got about 10 differnet tubs of blood taken. It is offical my due date is Dec 24, so the computer was right. I go back next week to meet with the doc. I hope to be able to hear the heartbeat..Still no morning sickness, and peeing again seems like every 5 mins..well except when I went to the doc's today LOL.

MAY 7, 2007 whoo hooooo!! 7 months of being married!!

Sooo...I had a scare on Friday. Had to go to the E.R. early in the a.m. I was sooooo scared I thought I had an Ectopic pregnancy. I had a ulter sound done.. and the baby is fine. Thank God!! I was crying cause I was in sooo much pain. I could barley walk. I had constipation the other day, and had a very sharp pain in my left side. The u/s showed that I had a cyst on my left ovary and a Urinary Tract infection. We were at the E.R. for 5 hrs..took forever to do the paper work. I am drinking tons of Prune juice and cranberry juice. My pain is not to bad now..and I am on meds for my infection.Today I had a follow up with the doc..did some tests and have to go back this Thursday to go over the test with the OB nurse. Hopefully at my next appointment, I might be able to have another u/s and hear the heart beat. That appointment won't be for 4 weeks.

May 30, 2007 HELLO ALL:

Just thought everyone would like to know:
Went to the doc yesterday...baby's heart beat is 167 and we could see it moving around a bit on the ultrasound...only 10 more weeks until we find out if it is a girl or boy... let's pray for a girl!!

Bought some more maternity close today at Old Navy and Sears..have to take pictures so you can see my cute tops :)

June 4, 2007 WE HEARD A HEART BEAT TODAY!!!! doc said it is about 160... everything was good with my blood work, excpet I am taking Lovenox so I don't get a blood clot..no big deal, and the good news is, they will probably induce me so I don't have to have the baby on x-mas eve..OHH HAPPY JOY!!

June 27, 2007 AUGH!! IT IS 96 DEGREES HOT IN HERE!!!

I don't know how much longer I can handle my LOVENOX shots..my tummy is getting tight and it is harder to do. I had another doc appointment on Monday. Baby's heartbeat is 155-160. It kept jumping around because I kept laughing..not easy to sit still for long LOL I had a dentist appointment yesterday. My teeth are well..but gums are a little sore. My next doc appointment is July 23rd and hopefully we will find out what we are having..it will be my fisrt ultra sound, so I should have pic's. I wanted a girl, but now I think I want a boy first then a girl.

We are going up north this saturday June 30th until July 5th. Chris no longer has his lap top, so I will not be online, but feel free to leave comments.

Thanks... I'm feeling a little better... I don't feel ill in any way... the fibroids haven't caused any discomfort that I know of... I was just really down about what 'could' happen because of them. I don't know how I'd cope if something bad happened to the baby at this point.

So, I have to ask. Has anyone been 'nagging' you about your doggy? We have a little one too, she's two and she's our life! We take her everywhere, and it just bugs the crap out of me when everyone starts telling us that as soon as the baby comes our dog is going to be history to us. I seriously don't believe it. Maybe, she'll stop sleeping with us but I know we can't just 'cut her off' like that.

Hey wassup? Thats so cool that we're due on the same day, at least we both know what we'll be doing for xmas this year lol. I feel fine actually, infact thats all everyone in my family is looking forward to. Thats an extra thing to add to my xmas shopping list next year. As for me I will be havin natural birth, don't really want to be drugged up or anything like that. I'll experience the pain for as long as I need to. Anyway hows everyone and how are they feeling about the new arrival? Hope all is well take care.

I want to get professional belly shots this time. I never got them with my other grils... but I think it would be nice to have. I want to get some with my girls hugging my belly when it's all huge or something like that. The one thing that helps me be patient to get huge this time... is that I can remember being that huge and just wishing I wasn't... and wishing the baby would get their foot out of my ribs... it will be here soon enough.

Hey, Hey... saw your new photo... you look prego in that shirt. I love shirts that help the prego look and not just a fat gut look. :) When I wear my regular big T's with my maternity jeans... I look like I've got a monster beer gut. So I prefer the pretty maternity shirts so people know there's a baby in there. heehee I'll post a belly pic soon.

Things will start happening soon. I swear, the last couple weeks have been big changing weeks for me. By the 4th of July, you'll start feeling the changes. I'm afraid to step on the scale at the doc's this Wed. ... I'm afraid all my big changes are going to show up on the scale. :)

benadryl is safe for the baby and definitly helps you fall asleep. It doesn't help me stay asleep so my dr. wrote me a perscription for ambien which is a cat. B drug safe also for pregnancy.

Congrats! I did the sex ratio thing too. Mine said girl as well. Everything I did said girl. So ok I went to the doctor on Fri. June 1st guess what........IT'S A BOY! I was so shocked I almost passed out! It was definately not expected anyway....just don't get yourself all worked up like I did.......It won't be long before you can find out!!!
