Is this your first pregnancy: Yes
When did you find out you were pregnant: 17th of april
Was it planned: Yes but because of coming off the pill we thought it would take about six months, but it took two days!
What was your first reaction: Well,
I looked at the test for a few minutes, thinking it would change, then when it didnt i thought i might pass out, and then told my partner
Who was with you when you found out: My partner
Who was the first person you told: My partner
How did your parents react: My mum was just really shocked, and it hasnt fazed my dad at all, not sure if he really knows whats happening!!
How far along are you: I will be 12 weeks on sunday
What was your first symptoms: Missed period, and something just didnt feel right
What is your due date: 21st of december
Do you know the sex of the baby: No
If so, what is it: N/A
Have you picked out names?: We've got a girls
If so, what are they: Darcy
How much weight have you gained: Not sure yet
Do you have stretch marks: Had them anyway on boobs and thighs, but am using bio-oil
Have you felt the baby move: No not yet :-(
Have you heard the heartbeat: Yes on friday 16th of may
About the birth
Will you keep the baby: Of course
Home or hospital birth: Hospital Adam Brooks Cambridge
Natural or medicated birth: Definitely NOT natural..
Who will be in the delivery room with you: Partner and mum
Will you breastfeed: Will try to
Do you think you'll need a c-section: Probably, my pain threshold is very low!!!
Will you cry when you hold the baby for the first time: I have no idea, I might be in shock...
What's the first thing you might say to him/her: God you were worth it!!
Would you let someone videotape the birth? No
Are you excited about the birth, or scared: Very very scared

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
