Um....Expecting my first baby on 8th July 2008 argggg!!!

Not going to find out what we are having, going to wait til the big day!!

We have decided on Teigan Ffion Davies as the name for a girl and for boys we are completely stuck!! So if anyone has any ideas of unsual but fun names let me know!!! PLZZZZZ

Think we might have cracked the boys name!! We both like Riley William Keith Davies or Riley Keith William Davies!! but thats not definate!! (2 middle names to cover my Late fathers name Keith and my partners Family name William)

Sooo excited I've booked my 4D scan with DVD an all that for 28th April 08!!! Hoping it does'nt show us the sex of likl babs but if it does it does!!! Can't believe I can only find 2 places throughout Wales that do this bloody scan!! Was no way going to travel to England just for an hour! But this one http://babybond.com/index.php is without a doubt cheaper than the BUPA and they are both in Cardiff!!!! Come on Wales! Sort it out lol xx

ya know we are wanting our baby so so badly but when we have had them we will miss the baby feeling in our tummys lol and soon be back at work, do you think ul be the type to want visters str8 away or just rest and be with your fella for a few days first with your bundle of joy? xx

i no exactly what you mean lol. it is anoying, my midwife was really concerned about me the other day as i had high Bp And protein in my urine and other signs of preeclampsia and the hopsitla took me BP and sent me home, but my private midwife wanted them to take bloody samples and have me checked over in ful, but they dint!!! typical, once again i was home again, by stomach is constantly growling at me, i cnt get off the dam loo lol xx

yeh i mite ring them TO DOUBLE CHECK, hopefully will tell me come in to check me and induce me haha!!, just been loo again and still brown and some thickish bits (not much tho) SORRY I MUST SOUND MINGIN TO YOU haha!! my fella made me laugh earlier, he was readin on how to induce labor has hes geting more inpatient than me, he was like women in there last few weeks of pregnancy are repulsed by sex and he looked at me LAUGHED and said whatever (I TOTALLY WANT IT EVERY NIGHT lol)was quite painful after it lastnight tho, i thought it set me off lol.xxx

i duno if its just disturbance of the cervix after sex tho, i wud ring the hospital day unit but i duno how come out n say it lol. it aint stringy or anything but asoon as we finished it was browny, reddy discharge and has been all day aswell. its scary, i duno if i have harmed myself haha xx

oh god haha!!! did ur fella feel your babies head?? its quite scary if ya think about it, what if you have a right rough fool around and pokes to hard and hits his head,(not with his fingers) lol TMI lol,
cud u feel yourself or is that hard haha!!
oh 1 question, TMI question but need to ask sum1 now it the end of the pregnancy, BUT when u have sex do you find that your discharge or when ever u go toilet n wipe its bloody/browny colour, and it lasts for ages (all day) xxx

how do you check for dilation?? maybe i can get mine to test me lol. i dint no you could do it, i thought it may of happened lastnight after a session TMI lol AS I WAS IN AGONY and my tummy went soooo tence lol. lasted about 30 mins tho and then nothing haha xx

Ur plug doesnt have to come out all at once. If its clear it just means your cervix is softening.
My plug came out in a big glob and then peices of it came out in spotting like 10 days after the first gob came out. With my first baby I only had a clear and brown stringy thing come out and it wasnt very much. Its always different for every pregnancy and everyone

Hi Beth, it's normal towards the end of pregnancy for some ladies to get a heavier discharge like you describe...it's not the mucous plug though. Personally i dont even remember losing my mucous plug so it must have happened during labour (it was my 1st). Hope this helps x
