My profile
Hi! I am originally from Ireland but live in Japan with my Japanese husband.This is our first baby and we are both very excited! Healthcare in Japan seems to be quite different from Ireland (my sis is also pregnant and we have been comparing notes!!)...I've been going to the hospital every three weeks since 8 weeks and have had an ultrasound each time!!
I found out i was pregnant on January 3rd and it was a bit of a surprise as i had no idea i would get pregnant so quickly after being on the pill for so long!!! So far everything has been great i was really lucky and had no morning sickness...though now the summer is kicking in here and the humidity is a killer so think the next few weeks might be tiring!! But it will all be worth it!

Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
