Everything is going great. Sami will be 3 weeks old tomorrow, and I will be going back to work on Monday (I am based out of the home, so I won't be traveling between restaurants until the beginning of July). My oldest loves being a helper, I hope it stays that way, especially with school being out, I am hoping he doesn't get too bored. Thank god Summer basketball begins today, so my son has something to do besides tell me how bored he is! Glad to hear all is well!!!

good evening to you my love... i have had a good day with freddie today he has been really settled and finishing his bottles instead of snacking..he has slept really well and generally been really happy..im so in a good mood tonight..
i also went to my health visitor today to ask her some questions about him and his crabbyness and she said to try a diff formula or even a bigger teat?? so maybe ill try diff milk and see if it makes a difference..she also weighed him and he was 8lb 14oz.....he is 4 weeks and 2 days today...alfie my second youngest weighed this at birth ha ha
anyway must go its my little girls birthday tomorrow and i havent wrapped her pressies yet ha ha...night night x

well done he is beautiful.....now the hard part begins ha ha....hope your doing well and getting some sleep, i know im not, colic is horrid freddie is really suffering with it right now.....4 weeks ago i though it was a breeze now im begging to differ......its hard work !!!!

Okay, so I am assuming by now you have had your precious baby....................... Sami will be 2 weeks old tomorrow, I can't believe how fast time flies when you're not pregnant. We are all adapting to the baby quite well, and I am anxious to get back down to my prepregancy weight, only 10lbs left. Keep me updated with what is going on. Have a great weekend! Melissa

Thanks! I'm working on recovering now of course, and it is tough but my husband has done so much. I just changed my first diaper tonight. He had done all of them till now (he goes back to work tomorrow so I had to do one). I've been trying to nurse, but baby had some jaundice and we had to supplement. He got used to a bottle and now that my milk has come in, I've been pumping and giving him a bottle a little more than he's been nursing. He's figured out that the milk comes out faster in the bottle...lol. But, overall we're doing fine. He is out of the danger zone with jaundice now and eats 2.5 mLs at each feeding.. sometimes every hour! I hope that you're doing well and thanks again for the well wishes.

Lol! Well, that makes me count my blessings a little... hey- at least you are dilated! I'm nothing! My belly has dropped so low though... I keep smacking it into everything and all of my maternity shirts show the bottom of my belly! I feel like my little one is going to fall out any minute! lol Has your baby stopped moving alot? I barely notice any movements... just pressure (ALOT) and stuck out parts here and there.

Yes, I had the epi done, and it was such a relief. I still had sensation in my legs, and was able to move them. They were just tingly and warm. I did not feel the contractions, except for the pressure of the really strong ones. Just see if you're able to handle the pain. I couldn't after an hour, once my doctor broke the water, within 15 minutes they were coming 2 minutes apart, and I wanted to die! Of course I don't remember any of this from when Ahmed was born, or maybe I choose to forget it, who knows. You do what you feel most comfortable doing while you're in labor and delivery!!!!!!!

I hear ya................. My first born is 10 years old so needless to say, going through this pregnancy was like doing it again for the first time. Today was my initial due date, but since my blood pressure went so high, they ended up inducing me last Friday, which I am so glad to be done with the uncomfortable part of pregnancy! Keep me updated with what takes place! Melissa

pineapples should be eaten and not used in any other way ha ha ha ha
well i bought a huge one ate the whole lot made myself feel sick, but then i read that you have to eat 7 or more to make your contractions begin..there is something in a pineapple that makes labour start ( cant remember what its called now) anyway it didnt do anything..so the following day i spent ages on the trampoline in the garden and then that evening i took 2 5ml spoonfulls of castor oil in a small amount of coke.. ( stir quickly and down it while fizzing ) then you cant taste anything but coke...then i had sex and 2 hrs later i had contractions...but you will have to read my birth story to see what happened next as its a long story ha ha
