I'm so sorry to hear that you're high risk, but you got through it before right? They'll probably put you on bed rest and/or want to perform a cerclage on you,(if you don't know) it's a procedure where they stitch a band of strong thread around your cervix to reinforce it and help hold it closed. You don't want to go into pre-term labor and lose the baby especially when you can prevent it. Girl you're already 16 weeks (nearly halfway) you do not wanna start all over again plus you already have this baby inside you and it's apart of your life already.I wish you the best and remember whatever they say you need to do and it's reasonable... just do it for the baby, it'll be ok.
