Hi Ladies n Bumps. Well my names Tasha im 20 years of age and this is my first pregnancy. Me and my wonderful partner Bob are extremley excited, we cant wait to be parents. Baby was definatley a shock, i stopped taking my contraceptive pill at the beggining of the year and within days i got pregnant. lol.My hubby must have Super-Sperm eyy. lol. we see this child as a blessing hes meant to be here!!!! My parents took it as a BIIG shock at first especially my dad as im his eldest daughter and his little princess in his eyes. if he had his way id stay a lil girl in pretty little pink dresses 4 the rest of my life but he saw that there was nothing he could do or say could change my mind about my child so he finally accepted it. i think its just because hes going to be a grandad at 39 but thats another story haha. ANYWAY ill stop this was only meant to be a lil introduction, ill be on for hours at this rate lol. i hope all you ladies lucky enough to be blessed with life groing inside of you are doing well and taking extra extra care with your growing bumps, and i wish allll the luck in the world and heaps and heaps of baby dust to all the women out there trying to concieve. my hearts with you. sooooo hurry up october n hurry up bubbah grow up big n strong for mummy n daddy, were waiting for you and we love you!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

10th july.

my little boy came 13 weeks early, he is now in a special care baby unit and doing great. my labour was missed by MK general and they sent me home 1st of all putting the labour pains down due to a water infection. if they would of noticed this sooner i could of been given drugs to slow down my labour, but wasnt so he came early!! he is doing really well so far, hes already off his ventilator.. hes a soldier jus lyk his daddy! please pray for our lil boy. we love him so much, we just want him to get better. hes the cutest lil darling you will ever see. we've also changd his name to Tobias. 'good of god' xx

2ND JULYi saw my midwife today for my 25 week antenatel check up. evreything was fine, we got to hear bubbahs heart beat. she said it sounded perfect and regular- just what we like to hear : )she said she found some white cells in my urine tho (dont have a clue what that is) so i have to produce a fresh sample and give it to her later on today. she said its mothing to worry about tho so all is good. OHHHH YEAAAA how could i forget, me N bob have finally decided on a name.. our bubbahs going to be called Jahni Robert Ashman Orr.His middle name 'robert' is after his daddy, Ashman is my last name and Orr is his daddys last name. we decided on putting both surnames into his name. We love the name jahni though, its very unique.we hope he loves it too. not long to go i think ive got about 14 weeks to go.. SO MUCH TO DO. we get the keys to our new house on the 29th of this month also so then we can FINALLY start on Jahnis room. i cant wait!! LOVE U ALL!! = ) x25th JUNE 2008wooooooop hiyya, we jus got back from the hospital and evreything is 1000000000 per cent fine. bubbahs placenta isn't too high and all his measurements look fine annnnnd he looks like he has doubled in size in only four weeks lol. i wasss sooo nervous this morning but now i no for sure that bubbahs fine i can get on with the rest of my pregnancy hopefully problem free. the nurse expalined that sometimes we bleed during pregnancy and never find out what it is and that babys are fine. i just hope our lil one stops being naughty for mummy n daddy, WE CANT TAKE ITTT!!! LOL. LOVE U LIL ONE!! XXXX P.S check out those muscles in his arm, jus lyk his daddy!!!! 24th JUNE 2008Not a very good day today im afraid. this morning when i woke up and went to the toilet i noticed quite alot of blood when i wiped myself with tissue, there was enough blood to even drip on my bathroom mat. so it was quite alot! obviously i started panicking a rang my doctor who called me in straight away, i was so scared i felt like id done something to baby. anyway when i got there doctor took my blood pressure an checked me over and i was fine, he felt bubbah and checked my abdomen, even though i was slightly tender on my left side he said baby felt fine and his strong heartbeat could be heard clearly on the doppler machine, but because id been expiriencing cramping a few days b4 he decided 2 send me 2 hospital.. THE LABOUR WARD!! there was so many things racing through my head as me and bob were sat on my bed.. YES they gave me a bed even though i felt fine and i could feel my son moving around loads.my partner was going mad because it was like they were half telling us things they had me strapped up to a heart monitor and this contraction monitor thing to monitor the baby but in the second breath the nurses kept telling us that baby seemed completley fine. i got told that i would have to return in the morning or stay overnight (NO CHANCE) to have a scan to check the position of bubbahs placenta. so thats what i did and here i am. im kinda nervous bout tommorow but all that keeps going through my head is the sound of his heartbeat and the strength of his kicks. hes gotta be alright.. surely!18TH JUNE 2008okay so im currently 23 weeks pregnant which makes me 5 months n 3 weeks preggo. 1 more week till im 6 months WOOOP!!!!!. i had a lil scare a few days ago (when i say little it felt enormous 2 me) i couldnt feel bubbah movin about as much, and the only thing i could feel was lil squirms in the bottom of my tummy (u kno the kind you feel when you first notice babys movements) and they were really REALLY low down.i seriously did not feel pregnant anymore even though i looked it if that makes sense. i was depressed for a few days also and evreyone who i spoke to told me that as long as i was feeling SOME movement i shouldnt worry. ARE THEY CRAZY?.. me not worry. HA jokas!!! i got really really depressed and i was inconsolable because i was certain something was up with bubbah. and then almost as if he was playing a trick on me he decided to start practising his acrobatic skills inside of me lol... he has been soooooo active since my scare its unbelievable lol. my tummys constantly changing shape and hes making it uncomfortable for mummy to sit down and relax (I LOVE IT THO) we also play a game 2getha, i poke my tummy once he kicks were i poked i do it twice an wait and he'll do the same lol.. hes so smart already i love him. so basically i got worked up 4 nothing, my partner thinks he was really still because he was concentrating on growing and 'chiiling' haha, i think he might be right bcoz my bump has grown considrably in size.. its massive! its also really high aswell. i just hope our lil man dosnt play any more pratical jokes on mummy... I CANT HANDLE IT LOOL. 28TH MAY 2008WE GOT OUR BOY!!!!!!!! hehe okay so today was the 20 week scan and GOD i was nervous. i dunno why but i was even more nervous than the first scan even though id felt bubbah movin about loads. but yeaaa evreything was fine, lil man was moving about like crazy once again, the sonagrapher lady said he was such a fidget lol..(jus like his daddy). he even managed to shake his booty for us (jus like his mummy)lol.i think he might of had a little extra energy because id drunk a can of sprite about half hour earlier so mabye thats why our lil one looked like he had ants in his pants. when she was looking at his heart she could only find three chambers at first coz he wouldnt keep still, but after asking me to turn on my side, bubbah switched position and we were able to see all four perfectly healthy chambers in his heart.were so pleased hes healthy so far and just keep our fingers crossed that evreything goes ok from now on. but right now im going to occupying myself by buying loads n loads of blue things haha. xx

14TH MAY 2008i only JUST got my triple test results back today..(so much for the reliability of the NHS) but yeaa.. evreything was fine, bubbahs got a 'low' risk result for downs syndrome the chances are 1 in 10000 ,and the spina bifida test came back completley normal.. me and bob are so relieved that we wont have to have the aminocentisis test because of the slight risk of misscarriage. ive been feeling a bit under the weather recently though, and the past 2 days iv actually been vomitting, it feels exactly like morning sickness (i thought id seen the last of that ) but im not actually being sick in the morning, its throughout the day. im not sure what it is but if it lasts much longer im definatley ringing my GP. can babys have intolerances to dairy products in the womb i wonder?... it happens alot when iv drunk tea or eaten cereal. ON A HAPPIER NOTE LOL.. im starting to feel bubbahs lil kicks, i first realised on monday 12th may, it sort of felt like my tummy was going into little spasms especially around my belly button, i only realised it was bubbahs kicks when i put my fetal listening device on my tummy and heard it as well as feeling. he/she cant keep still now, im starting to wonder whether he/shes awake more than sleep. i find out bubbahs sex on the 28th of may tho.. only two more weeks.. YAAAAAAY. xxxx30TH APRIL 2008 i went for my triple test today which will tell me whether i need to have a aminotecitis test or not. i get my results back on tuesday, im not really that nervous as i dont really fit under the high risk category, and neither me or bob have a history of downs syndrome in our family, so hopefully baby will be alright. im definatley feeling baby move aswell, at first i thought it was gas but now its becoming more frequent, especially after meals. i love it, im so glad i can feel him/ her swimming about now. BRING ON THE KICKS N PUNCHES LOL.22nd APRIL 2008i had another antenatel appointment with my midwife today. i got the results back from my last load of tests and evreything seems to be fine. im now 64 kg. ive put on three whole kg's in a month : ( but on the other hand it means that babys putting on weight aswell so i cant complain. me and bob got to listen to babys heartbeat aswell (150bpm). thats was amazing, bob couldnt believe how fast it was going. the midwife also booked me in for a triple test in a weeks time- it seems like all they seem to do is prick me with needles nowadays.19TH APRIL 2008i went up to northampton with my sister today to buy some maternity clothes. ( im kinda shocked that i need them so early, my mum didnt have the need to wear maternity wear until she was 6 months gone, im only 4 months pregnant). we got some really nice things though, they do really nice clothes in new look, which suprised me as i usually cant stand that shop. its not too expensive either. i treated myself to gettin my nails done aswell, i asked the nail technician if the fumes from the acrilyc would harm my baby but she said all was fine. i had a really nice day and it was nice to see my lil sis aswell, im starting to feel consious bout my changing body but bob keeps on reassuring me that im beautiful (even more so now im carrying his child) so that put me at rest (a lil)28TH MARCH 2008we had our first scan today and found out that our babys 11 weeks and 4 days old. = ) he/she could not keep still. it looked like it was attacking me from the inside lol. literally punching itself in the face it was mad.. the sonagrapher lady said we were definatley going to have our hands full when he/she arrives. i felt like crying when i saw our lil one moving about, knowing that me and my partner created this child toghether leaves me lost for words. i ve never seen my boyfriend smile so much in my life. i love him soooooo much hes going to be a brilliant father.

12TH FEB 2008we went to the doctors today and he confirmed my pregnancy, i still cant believe it. im 5 weeks.9TH FEB 2008a pregnancy test today when i came home from work and it turned out to be positive. i knew deep deep down in my heart but i couldnt explain it. a couple months before i thought i might be pregnant but it turned out to be negative, i was also on the cotraceptive pill at the time but i had missed a couple of days and then when my period was late i thought i definatley was.. but no such luck. After all of that drama, me and bob realised that we were actually really dissapointed that i wasnt pregnant so we decided that as soon as the new year reached (this was back in november) id come off my pill. so thats what i did and here i am lol.. i didnt expect to get pregnant that quick tho, i stopped taking my pill on the 1st of jan 08 and found out i was 5 weeks pregnant on the 12th of feb haha u do the math. my boyfriend must have VERY strong sperm lol.our suspisions were correct. i took

Hi im praying for ur lil boy, i hope u and ur partner are ok, my partners niece was born at 24 weeks and now shes fine 7 years old and a little monkey!, and my nephew was born at 27 weeks and is fine also a monkey! Its amazing what they can do nowadays, try and be strong, the next few months will be hard but im sure everything will be fine, plz keep me updated x

I really think you should go get everything checked out just to be sure. There really isn't any such thing as being too paranoid when it comes to your baby's health, so just to be on the safe side I would go in asap. If everything turns out to be fine well then good but this way it can calm your nerves or you and your baby can get the care you need incase something is wrong. Good Luck and I hope all works out well with you and your little one!!

you should call your doc or midwife, esp about the discharge. pain in your belly i'm not sure but it seems a whole lot of us are suffering from all kinds of back, hip, and thigh pain. our hormones have loosened our skeleton adn all of our muscles are being stretched to the max, all while carrying an ever increasing belly around! personally i've been getting some significant relief from an osteopath... good luck!

Hi hun, ive just read your post and thought i would reply to you. I know how you feel about it being your first pregnancy and not knowing what to expect or the pains you sould or shouldnt be getting. The best thing to do is see a doctor or midwife. To you it may sound pathetic or that you are worrying too much, but that is what they are there for - its their job, and dont take any rubbish from them, you are only being a concerned mother. By your post i can see that you only want the best for the baby, so go and double check with them. Im sure they would rather you go and see them than wait and go through this pain. I hope it all gets better for you! Take care of you and bump... you have a whole life time of worrying to do now for your child ! :) xx
