Isabella Chayse is here! She was born 21 Apr 2008 @ 2:00 PM via c-section. She weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces and is 20 1/4 inches long. Beautiful Baby Girl!! Family is doing great!

Tomorrow is the Big Day!!! I have my c-section at 1:30PM--have to be there at 11:30AM. So very excited!

Had a sono today 8 Apr 08, baby is weighing 7 pounds and is 20 inches long! She is looking really good and healthy!

A good weekend - I treated myself to new underwear!! Other than this we spent time with friends who live next to the beach. Simon drove so I could relax and have a couple of glasses of red wine :o)

The trouble is when we are out & about Pollyanna sleeps the entire time and difficult to get feeds in her. So last night she woke at 1 am and then again at 5.30 am..not good. She has only woke the once for nearly 2 wks, so it was a shock to the system. Today she has been really over tired and completely unsettled. It is 6.45 pm here now and she dropped off finally at 4 o'clock. She is still in her buggy from when I went to get Es from school!! Hopefully she will be back on track tonight. I do put her down so I can get dressed etc - but she shouts so much that she gets all red and hot & sweaty. I have to go to her over and over...

I have my 6 wk check tomorrow aswell, same as you. This will be the 1st time I am allowed to drive, so at least I can get out and about soon in the week. A lonely job being a mum isn't it.

I have some people coming over at the end of the week to value our house as we want to move. Other than this I would like to make an appointment to get some photos done of Pollyanna whilst she is still so small. Might get her weighed on Weds too. How much does Izzy weigh now?

When do they drop the night feed - do they do it on their own naturally?

I was just saying to someone how from 5pm to bedtime seems to be a difficult time the last few days. We don't know if she has tummy pain, over tired or what!!?? I can't continue to walk around the house shushing and swaying her in my arms. Frustratimg for us parents aswell as baby and soon she will be too heavy and worse still -- expect this treatment.

Pollyanna just shouts non stop really over these hours. Last night she calmed down finally when we bathed her before bed. She is also trying to resist me putting her down, but I pick her up and put her down over & over. I don't give in!

A good nights sleep though again, so I shouldn't worry too much. She woke up at 4.30 am and then 9.30 am. I had to give her more food than I would normally at 4.30 so she would go back to bed.

Well, 5 days of Pollyanna sleeping through til 4.30 am, bottle and back to bed. I must admit she woke at 1 am as Simon had only put 1 cover on her, so I just went in and put a couple more on and she was ok then. Phew!
