My precious Avery Talashawn Horton was born on January 16, 2008 at 6:31 p.m. 6lbs 7 ozs, 19 inches long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was great going on this beautiful journey and experience with you all!!!!

MY BIRTH STORY

It is so funny. I had my regular prenatal visit that afternoon ( Jan 16) at 3: 45. I was only 1 to 2 cms dialated. Later on that evening about 7, I started feeling contractions They were not frequent. But boy did they get worse later on. I kept getting out of bed and walking around, getting out of bed and walking around. I told my fiance how I was feeling. He said lets go to the hospital and let them check you. I was like it probaly is false labor and they will send me back home. When we arrived at the hospital about 4 that morning and they hooked me up to all the monitors. I was about 3 centimeters then. The nurse said they will monitor me for an hour and checked me again.When the doctor on call came in and checked me I was dialted some more. He broke my water. Boy was it intense. I had an epidural which was wonderful. At pne point they had to decrease it so I could feel myself push...6:31 pm my little joy was born. This is one of the best things I have ever done. I love him so much!!!!!!!!!
