Friday, 23 May You can also try colace (spelling could be wrong) or even Miralax which is now offered over the counter. Changing your diet also helps, but if you don't see a difference incorporate one of these with a change of diet. bekaray -
Friday, 23 May It is ok to strain a little. Many Prenatal have a sttool softener in them, but I have found that good old natural fiber in natural sources is best. My daily habit is Apple Juice, Dannon Activia Yogurt, Raisins, and maybe a bran Muffin, not all in one sitting of course, but throughout the day. Also, in normal digestion keep note that the body digests carbs differently than Protines So try to limit eating both in equal amounts in one sitting. Good Luck windy -
Friday, 23 May Hi Brandy-
Being constipated is normal...i don't know if straining is dangerous though. my doctor told me to take a Fibercon pill every day- it helps you to be more regular and softens things up. You might could try that. baby-elmore -

Wednesday, 21 May I know what you mean. I have another baby, and I was not very sick for his pregnancy. This pregnancy I am overwhelmed. SICK, TIRED, tired, tired, sick, sick!
I feel like I have been on fair rides all day long. I am so sick, i do not want to speak or walk. :) I have a very difficult time going home after work and picking up my son. We also have a dairy farm which i get plenty to do. I feel like when I tell my husband that I am really not well, I wonder if he thinks I am exagerating! Take care. Hopefully it will not last to long. stacidrake -
Wednesday, 21 May I think you realize how beautiful it is when it is over... when you look back at it I think you think of the things you enjoyed much more then the things you feel horrible about now margysd -
