Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Wednesday, 1 October I can't wait to read your birth story! Congrats on your new little one. Yeah, my first was an epidural, but it wore off before it was time to push.....so that part I have felt, and it was......HORRIBLE. But, it's over pretty quickly. Just hoping I can handle the contractions through transition without panicking! :) gr8scottswife -

Saturday, 27 September Sorry. I haven't been online the past few days. My grandmother came in town Tuesday. I haven't seen her in almost a year so we've been busy catching up, going shopping, going out to eat, etc. She's going to be staying with me for 3 weeks which will be nice. No more news on the induction. I have my next appt on Tuesday so we'll see. Hopefully the baby will come before I have to be induced. I bought black licorice, red raspberry leaf tea, and an exercize ball today so hopefully those will set things into action soon. agonzales -

Monday, 22 September My DD is the 6th also. I've only had 1 U/S at 21 wks, but it said he was 6 days ahead of schedule yet they weren't going to change my DD. My fundal height has been short for the last 2 months and the past few doctors have had a hard time finding the top and bottom of my uterus. One doctor even said that it was placed differently because I'm so tall. I think that they all just got their degrees out of cereal boxes. ArmyWife-n-TX -
Sunday, 21 September With my daughter I was in labor for 18 hrs. I waited at home for the first 5 and then went to the hospital. Once I was admitted and they checked me out, my cervix had softened but I wasn't dialated. They came back 2 hrs later and I was 3 cm. About 7 hrs later I was only at 4 cm and they had been asking to break my water but i refused, thinking it would hurt. 2 hrs later I finally agreed cuz I wasn't dialating anymore and I had my daughter 2 hrs later. The pain sucked. I had really bad back labor, false for 12 hrs and real for 18. The only thing that they gave me was Nubane to help me breath. They said I was yelling and cussing too loudly and I was scaring the other patients. LOL! Unfortunately, through all that they still had me strapped in bed the whole time. I hated that hospital and being strapped in bed is only one reason. Sue23 -

Thursday, 14 August What are the typical, average vaccines that are given to new borns? I know that there has been some controversy on some vaccines being related to autism, do you know which ones those are and if there is any validity to that? the chicken pox one makes me laugh, I thought getting the chicken pox was a right of passage for children-everyone had to suffer through it. :) what about the MMR, when is that given and can that one be delayed? michelles -
Thursday, 14 August i saw your post about immuizations and wondered if you had any advice, I have been trying to decide what to do about my little man-what vaccinations did you decide to get, what are mandatory (if any) and which ones are considered more dangerous? sorry if it's too many questions.... dawnispregz -
