I had a HSG and Laparoscopy exam done. My doctor says the equipment all looks good. We’ll see what happens with the blood tests.
My blood tests came back and I received a positive ANA test. The doctor is starting me on Clomid this month as well as taking Robitussin when I ovulate. I also have to increase my folic acid vitamin to two a day to reduce my chances of another miscarriage. I have to continue taking the baby aspirin everyday as well as the prenatal vitamin. He also prescribed my DH some vitamins for his swimmers. Finally he has to do something :) I also started acupuncture this month to try and regulate my cycles. Hopefully all of these things will make a difference for the months to come.
May 6, 2008I took an EPT test this morning and I got a very faint positive. I took another one when I came home from work and got the same result. Crazy me just took a digital Clearblue test and it came back PREGNANT!! I'm so excited! I hope this one is healthy!

Since I found out that I’m pregnant I’ve been really anxious because of my positive ANA test. I guess my body produces more white blood cells and they work on over drive trying to kill all foreign things in my body including a fetus. I am terrified because the thing I want most in the world my body could potentially kill. I finally got a hold of my doctor last night and he told me to start taking dexamethasone immediately. He said this drug will suppress my immune system so hopefully my body will let the baby live. I pray to God that I will have a healthy baby and I will be able to hold him/her in my arms in nine months.

I just got my progesterone levels back and it came back at 16. The nurse said anything above a 12 is good but they are putting me on progesterone anyways to raise it a bit. No worries here, I will do anything to help have a healthy baby :)

Hi Brie-thanks for the mother's day greeting! I have been better...I've actually been to depressed to even look online at my messages until today. I am feeling a little better today, for some reason. I have my anatomy u/s on May 23, if they can tell what sex it is, then I'll find out. My family is pushing for that. They think it may help me feel more connected to the baby. How are you doing so far? Do you feel pregnant? I didn't even know I was pregnant until I was 7 or 8 weeks along. I am physically feeling big, having a terrible time with allergies which is common in pregnancy, having hot flashes, feet are swelling and feeling more out of breath. I can no longer go days or even hours without thinking about being pregnant like I used to do. Hope you are doing well. Do you have morning sickness? Talk to you soon...

Nah we dont use doctors over here for pregnancy, just midwives, bet its real different for a lot of things, we dont have our first ultrasound til week 12 or 13.

basically i just hope to get thru these early weeks, then have a happy healthy baby. but a boy would be nice!!! i've two girls already and not sure if i'll do this again. wasn't really expecting this one! had a nightmare on the last baby and didn't wanna go thru it again, but babies are sooo cute, every time i see one i want one:)

i've never heard of getting levels checked by blood til i came on this site and this is my third! if you'd feel happier getting them done then do, but its no harm not to as i never have. know what you mean about the tech stuff i can't even put a pic of ME on my page!!!!!

oh i know what you mean. i'm terrible at waiting!!! the nine months of pregnancy are the worst for me, especially when i find out early because it seems i'm getting no further along:( it just seems to take forever until the baby comes, then it seems like you've had the baby forever!!!!! we'll get there tho, are you gonna put pics on your page of your US?

best of luck at the doc! i saw mine yesterday she jus confirmed things and referred me to hospital to ask will they do early appointment for me so i'm hoping they will. it just feels more real because the doctor told me i was pregnant, weird i know:)

Hi! Thanks for the congrats! And congrats to you as well. I just read your page and I said a prayer for you right away. I know what it's like for your body to fail you. I've never miscarried and I pray I never will. But it took so long for my body to be right for pregnancy that I had given up all together! And now here I am, pregnant with number 2! I dont feel sick.. and my breasts are not sore or sensitive, but I feel oddly energized and have ate bagels with peanut butter every morning and chicken wings like every other day. Also I pee a bit more frequently, sometimes I get lightheaded when I stand up and I get a little more defensive or yelling lol

Hi, I been away from this site for a few days. Miss you all so much. AS you know I was on 150mg of clomid and I'm 4 days late. I'm super scare to test but I will have to soner or later. I have no symptoms at all =(. My doc just called me and she said If I'm not pregnant will I consider IVF? I searched on line and yikesss...its seems good option but scary...=) any comments are more than welcome! XOXO feels good to be back on this site again...MISS YOU ALL A BUNCH!
