I got engaged on july 6, 2007 and planned on having the wedding on october 20 of 2007, but we found out we were pregnant on august 10. We were so happy but shocked and scared as well. both of our families have been a huge support. we got married on August 17 for insurance purposes for the baby.
I have been so excited about this pregnancy that i think i have just about everything bought that i need for an infant. i found out it was a boy on10-31-07 so i really went crazy buying clothes and anything blue!! We are going to name him Aiden Tyler. i cant wait to hold him in my arms!

Thursday, Jan. 10 (26 weeks) john and i went for our first childbirth class today. he really wasnt looking foward to going, but then he later admitted to enjoying it more than he expected. the teacher is great she is really funny. she also includes the dads in everything. it by far exceeded my expectations. it also makes things so real, i only have 90 more days untill my little boy is here!! i also bought a birthing ball while i was there! wow does it make a difference for back pain! Friday, Jan. 11 (26 weeks) i went for the 3d ultrasound. it seems like i waited forever, but im glad i did. it was so worth it. he is so adorable :) everyone sais he looks just like his daddy!! my hubby, mom, and grandparents went with us. i wish i had the money to do it again, but he will be in my arms soon enough |

sum1 just messaged me and apparently rasberry leaf tea isnt meant to bring on labour its supposed to strengthen the uterine muscles and shorten the labour process. even more reason to drink it huh.wether this is actually proven ive no idea. how much did u drink and how long was your labour? xx tina xx

My baby seems to have her moments....sometimes I can put her in her bed and she's fine and then sometimes she just won't have it! *stubborn wee thing* lol. What is swaddling? Oh yes...I sure am. lol. I would like to try the medications before the epidural. I have a great pain tolerance...and I have passed many kidney stones which they say are just like labor. BUT...I'm no ones hero. I am hoping to get an epidural. I have had some back surgery and have a curved spine...but I plan on still getting one!!!! :)

I'm not really nervous at all. As my doctor says..I have been through such a tough pregnancy that she thinks that birth and having a baby will actually be the opposite for me and will be easier than what i have gone through. Not so sure about that, but I am just really looking forward to the L&D because it will be one step closing to not being sick!

I'm glad that he has a good schedule:) He looks simply adorable!
I don't have everything yet. I haven't been able to go out shopping...but we have everything that we HAVE to have. It will all work out. For a long time I was so upset about not having the nursery done and not being able to go shopping etc...but then I realized that he is a BABY he won't notice and I will get the things I need when I can. I am just looking forward to being off bed rest and being free:)

Hey! I'm doing ok...very sick. I'm on the terbutaline to stop contractions...it's been tough. But, I only have six more days on the medications and six more days of strict bed rest....

Wow, your baby will stay up for 6 hours at a time. Jamison won't stay up more than a couple hours at one time (except for at night ha ha ha) and if I try to keep him up by playing with him it does no good he can sleep through ANYTHING.
