My son was born April 7, 2008. I thought the day would never come! now my life seems to be on fast forward!! being a mother is a full time job and it changes you forever. its crazy busy exhausting and the absolute best feeling in the world! Aiden grows and changes every single day Im looking forward to the next stages in his life but at the same time miss the newborn stage already!

Aw Aiden is adorable. I heard someone say on the site yesterday that crawling etc aren't milestones. They just do it when they're ready. You'll probably find Aiden will just start crawling one day. Is he teething at all? Slade is whingy and miserable lately, I am sure he's getting teeth. Slade can sit on his own and is about to crawl but he mostly army crawls. He will be on all fours for a few seconds shaking his bum back and forth then he throws himself down and does his army crawl thing. He can get around though, he can get down our hallway or around the living room no worries and oh if he's on a mattress he can crawl properly and heads straight for the edge of the bed! Have to watch him constantly. Anyway time for brekky before my little angel wakes up. bye for now.

I actually do both. I swaddle him in a blanket and also have one of those sleep positioners. I don't want him to move too close to the edge of his moses basket.

it's hard though, it was easier when my bf was here...he would wake me up just to tell me to roll over, and I was only 8-10 weeks. He is so controlling :) but in a good way.

true true, i feel bad sometimes cuz I will wake up and I am laying on my stomach...she will wake me up by kicking me. My siser mad me feel bad, she said that im layen on her head:( I try not to but all of my life in have layed on my stomach and it's hard to change.

it's hard for me to fall asleep and in the middle of the night i wake up, but it's harder to wake up. It sucks cuz I never had sleeping problems before, but I know that it wont get any better once she is born. I guess my body is getting ready for those nights.

I've got some baby rice but he can't have that till he's 4 months. when u start them on solids how does that fit in with the feeding patten, what do u do? does he just have it in the morning? joeys just start rolling he's still in his moses basket but hes getting to big for it now so I need to think about getting him ready 4 his cot. im finding him quite difficult at the minute as he's quite demanding i.e he won't really sit on his own for v.long he wants to be played with and he does really go to sleep by himself. x
