IT'S A GIRL!!!

Hey my name is Brittany and i recently got engaged to my loving,caring, amazing, sweet boyfriend Matthew on March 29, 2008. We are both very young me being 18 and Matt being 19. It was a shock to both of us when we found out that I was pregnant but we knew that are love for one another was enough to make this all work out. Our parents are 100% supportive and I think they are more excited then we are hehe. We have an apartment and are moving in with one another mid June. I know that Matthew is going to be a good daddy because he is just so sweet and really cares more about others then him self<3

Today I am not fealing very well. I am 13 weeks pregnant and I still get sick :P I can `t wait till this goes away. Matthew is comming home from the Army on the 6th of march and i am really excited. He is comming home for good now and i coulde `nt be happier!!

Today was a bad day. Im still living at home till my boyfriend comes home (Thursday) and me and my older sister got in a HUGE fight. I was really upset all day and college sucked cuz of it. Then Matt called me and I told him what hapened and he made me feel better. I love matt so much, he always knows the right things to say to make me feel better. Sure we get in our share of arguments but by the end of the day we never go to bed mad at one another.

Well Matthew finnally came home at 6pm on Thursday. I was so happy to see him i got to the airport an hour early just because I was so excited. He has been so supportive, like today he drove me into work (@ 7:30am) and while he was looking for a snow duster he brought me a blanket from in the house so I would'nt be cold. I also got him a book about what to expect and he has actually been reading it qutie alot! My morning sickness has been at an all time high for the past couple of days, I don't know why but I just have been getting sick! I really though it would have deminished by now being 14 weeks but it hasent yet..But I havent been stopping at the bathroom as much as I use to witch is good cuz that would get annoying hehe.

Today I am at work and I had one bad day yesterday night. My parents were out of town and my little sister who is in 9th grade got suspended from school for being drunk at a school dance! I was so upset with her that she would do that but she is at that age where its cool to get wasted at a dance. So my mom calls me crying asking me to go to there house and see what was up. My older sister was home so she took care of it witch was good. This morning I wolk up and my belly felt really hard. It was cool, I thought it was just me at first but then I wolk Matthew up and he noticed it as well. I thought it was so different but I deff. feel more pregnant now! Tommarow im 15 weeks..only like a million more to go..haha!

Today I am at work and I have been feeling much better. Some of the women that I work with were telling me that you might poop during birth! I hope i don't do that hehe. Me and my boyfriend have been not getting along that well. Because I feel like I shoulden't really eat fried foods i would rather stick with healthy foods but my boyfriencd says that i should eat w/e I want. Tell me that Im right..haha. But were still in love and are arguments will subside, hopfully soon.

Well it's Easter and I made it to 16 weeks. I am getting to smell things so well it's wierd. Like I can smell my boyfriends body odor, not like the bad BO but like even after a shower he has like a distinguished smell, its so wierd. I am still getting sick witch is not fun what so ever. I really hate getting sick especally today on Easter where there's lots of candy:(

Today has been an ok day. Matthew had to go to work today witch really sucked because he usually doese't. He had work 7-12 and I have work 2-8. BOO now I wont see him till later. But he suprised me the other day and rented BEE MOVIE!! I wanted to see it so bad so he promised me that we would watch it tonight:)) Tommarow I have to work in the AM but we decided that we were going to go out to dinner and somthing cuz we never get to see each other hardly anymore w/ matthew going to work and me still in school and working. I FELT THE BABY KICK!! I was so happy but it was wierd at the same time, to fell this little thing inside of you squrmming around. Matthew can't feel the baby yet but in time he will be able to. Tommarow I am 17 weeks. In 1 week (April 9th) I get to find the sex of the baby out witch I am SO Excited about. Matthew and me want a girl but if its a boy thats A-OK as long as he/she is healthy! Matthew is bringing me a popsicle now to work and I am REALLY excited :)

Well yesterday as you all know me and matthew found out that were having a baby girl!! I was so excited an so was matt. When i get a chance I will put up new ultrasound pictures. We also found out that she is very healthy and all her organs and fingers and toes are all in place. I have a feeling that she is going to be tiny because im not showing that much. I asked the lady that was doing it why i wasen't showing so much and she said that it was becasue it was my first pregnancy and becuase i was taller and thinner. She said that i probally wont be showing that much till 7 or 8 months! I was sad but at least i wont get that bad stretch marks:)

Monay, 14 April

Matthew and I are getting so excited to bring our baby girl into this world! September seems soo far though, but the time will help us out alot so we can set up our apartment and get stuff ready. We decided on a name FINALLY and im in love with it, she will be named Julianna Paige. I think its cute, for short we will call her Jules :0) So today i was in my art class and we were doing this huge 2 day 3 hour drawing and the power goes out! It turns out that a construction truck blew up into a power line and knocked out the power! It was fun though cuz school is closed for the rest of the day..YAY! haha but i wish it happened after cuz it messed up the lighting on my beautiful masterpeice, haha jk. So yesterday i didn't feel the baby kick at all and it made me so nervous, but today @ my 9am class she was moving like a little jelly bean and i was so happy. I heard of people having still births and im really nervous about having one of those, i mean there like 30 weeks pregnant and just loose the baby, does anyone know if there common and why they happen?

So yesterday me and matthew went for my check up appt where i get weighed and they check the heartbeat. Julianna's heart beat was 140bpm witch is normal and good so i was happy. But i have gained so much weight i feel like a bubble and fat in anything i wear! The only thing that really upsets me is that it's summer like weather soon and im going to be so sweaty, i just know it!! This summer's not going to be at all what it was last summer where i was out all the time! I sometimes think back @ the old times and miss it so much, but now that i am pregnant I 100% don't do anything. I us to smoke and since i hav found out i was pregnant i quit cold turkey. I don't want anything to effect my baby that i could prevent. I am strong enough to keep my baby as healthy as possible, nothing can stop me! :0)

This week went by so fast! Me and Matthew went to our new place the other day and marked down everything that his dad needs to do to the place. And im really excited because he's giving us hard wood floors in the kitchen witch will be beautiful! I was so sick today after i ate some little cookies. I was at work and was throwing up in the bathroom. So the kitchen brought me out some Veal and rice and cornbread and green beans and it made me feel so much better, i think i just needed real food in my stomach, i guess baby doesen't like lemon cookies:( So i was in the bath tub and i noticed somthing that i have been dreding since the begining of the pregnancy..my first Stretch Mark....right smack dab in the center of my boob! Well i know its just the start of them so i better get my coca butter out and get matthew to start rubbing haha! I have been waking up in the middle of the night alot to because i can not find a good position, and oh yea cuz i have to go to the bathroom! It gets annoying but i can deal w/ the constant urination! My moms really ritch friend has a lot of stuff in her house that she got board of and is giving it to me and matthew for our new place.. that includeds a choclate brown leather sofa and loveseet and two marble end tables! Plus she has some baby stuff for us to witch im realy happy about!! All and all everythings going normal w/ the pregnancy, next Drs Appt is May 16th!

Monday, 5 May

So i have stoppd taking my prenatal vitamins and I swiched to taking 2 flintstone vitamins insted because i was getting so sick. I have been feeling so much better since i have swiched! It's like a swich, i went from feeling so bad all the time to now feeling incrediable! I am 22 weeks and i can't wait till this pregnancy is over! I just want to meet my little princess:0) Julianna has been kicking so much, my favorite thing to do is lay down and watch my stomach move up and down from when she kicks and let me tell you she kicks like shes gunna be a soccer player haha jk i want her to take after her mommy and be a CHEERLEADER yaya!! I have been getting shin spints for no apparnt reason, when i go to my doctors appt. im going to ask him if its because of the increased weight on my legs. Sometimes it hurts so bad i have trouble walking. Also baby is sitting on my nerve on my back and it has made me collapes a couple about a dozen times so far. Matthew massages it and it feels better, he has the magic touch! Me and matthew have been doing better then ever, we still get in a couple of arguments like everyone but were so much in love i coulde'nt picture life w/ out him!

Monday, 12 May

Im now 23 weeks and since week 20 its been going a lot better then it was before. I think that i am also getting really emotional as well, like i cry at everything even more then i did bef0re. Julianna is very active and kicks all the time still, if she doesent kick for like a ouple of hours it makes me nervous but soon enough after that shes back kicking again! Yesterday matthew went trukey hunting (his new hobby, see how long it will last) and cought a turkey. So we had it for dinner...haha but i felt so bad for the poor little turkey what if he had a family with little babies:*( Well im getting more noticably pregnant now and it gets annoying because my pants don't fit me and all the meternity pants are to big:( Does anyone know if theres a maternity store where pants go lower then size 2?! I have a big belly but really small legs and its hard for me to find pants. I go for my Dr.s appt on friday for a check up, ill keep u posted on how it goes!
