My name is Brittany. My husband and I just had our baby boy, Carter on October 2 at 12:42 pm. I had to have a c-section but it was well worth it after I got to hold my little boy. He only weighed 5 lbs and 11 oz and was 18 1/2 inches long but he was exactly 3 weeks early. He is perfect and healthy as can be. I am such a proud momma and love my little prince soo much!! I have never felt the way that I do now, Im so in love!! And it has also made the bond between my husband and I so much stronger. I couldn't be any happier with my life. God has blessed me so much and I am so thankful for that!! Being a mommy and a wife is the best thing in this world. I wish all of the other mommy's and mommy's to be the best of luck in life with everything.

*Carter's first week home*
Everything has gone great. I am so happy to finally have him here and home. At first I was really worried because I thought that maybe he didn't want to come out yet...that I wouldn't be able to take care of all of his needs....sooo scary for a first time mommy! I could always keep him safe in my belly so this was something soo new for the both of us. But he seems to be very happy. He absolutely loves his momma and when it comes to being put to sleep, I have the magic touch. :o) I will always look into his eyes and fall in love over and over again, he is my world, my life and my everything. It is so hard to put into words the way that I feel. I plan on taking lots of pictures of him...already have 100+.
