My 4 beautiful babies. How sweet they look...

I have 4 beautiful kiddos now! My hubby and I have been blessed! I've known Richard since we were in the 4th grade together. He may be the worlds sweetest guy (most days...lol). We have a 11 year old girl Destinee, a 8 year old boy Elijah and a 2 year old girl Isabella and the new one is Sophie. I feel blessed to have such a great family. Dec 21st at 2:32 pm I gave birth to a BEAUTIFUL baby girl. Sophia (Sophie) Gabrielle was 6 lbs 13 oz and 19 ins. She didn't come out the way she was suppose to so it made for the rough and extremly painful birth (all natural) with a huge pay off in the end. She is perfect!

Sophie had her 1 month check-up today (1-23-08). She was up to 8 lbs 13 oz and 21 1/4 ins.... That is 2 1/4 lbs and ins from her lowest check. Breast milk does a body good...lol... She rolled to her back and was scooting on her belly all over the table at the docs. She was gabbing up a storm when the doc was talking to her. Her doctor was in awe over her and said she is extremly strong and smart for her age! It makes me happy to see her growing so strong... I love my kids!

Sophie was 10 lbs and 22 1/4 inches at her 2 month check-up.

Sophie was 13 lbs and 23 1/2 ins at her 4 month checkup.

Sophie was 15.4 lbs and 25 ins at 5 months.

You know what, i so agree with you, i really feel the same about living closer to the people on here that you get on so well with, it would be lovely to meet up - could you imagine it LOL, we'd have a ball.

As for any more babies, NO WAY HOSAY! i dont think i could stand going through all this again, its been a nightmare, so stressful not to mention how rough ive felt this time - and as it appears to be getting worse with each pregnancy another one is just unthinkable, therefore, i reckon its hubbys turn to go through it so he can go get 'done'. Ive had the 3 children and the 2 pregnancies that have done me in completely, a little snip here and there that lasts all of about 10 minutes is a small price to pay dont you reckon? LOL

You know what, even with all this stuff going on, the tests and everything, my worst fear is that they will leave me to even go to term let alone overdue! It really does scare me. especially as i had planned a home birth.
Now though, i think a home birth scares me a little, but then i think well, what if i dont make the hospital again like last time (Freya arrived on the hall floor at the bottom of the stairs.) Imagine that this time with a humungous baby i have here!!!!!!! OUCH indeed!!!

Oh i dont know, well, all i do know is that i want it all over and done with safely!

well having the scan tomorrow morning, then back for the bloods and tests thursday and will see the consultant again then, hopefully it will get sorted one way or the other then hey.

We are a little stuck on names, but i think we are kinda settling for Corey, we both like that name, its been really hard picking a boys name cos i like unusual names and not ones that are really common, you know like Connor or Bradley and all that, nothing wrong with them names i just like to be different LOL,

I really think that i'll have this baby early, hope i do really, put an end to all this and get back to normal and just enjoy being a mum of 3 finally hey.

well, its all gone even more pear shaped for me since thursday, i saw the midwife and she referred me to the consultant again, well been today and spent an hour with her, i have to have an emergency scan tomorrow (only available slot they had for me), then have to go in again on thursday for a glucose tollerance test and have to have more blood tests.
They told me my iron has dropped again (and ive been taking the spatone) i may need IV iron or a blood transfusion, at the moment they are querying gestational diabetes, preeclamsia and thyroid problems. plus they are writing to the cardiologist again about my heart rate.
My feet and legs are SO swolen but thats only happened in probably the last 3 days.
Felt pretty crap and was was still at work till yesterday, did an early shift but as of today they have put me on the sick for a week to start with, have to be reviewed again once all these tests are done and see what they say from there,
My manager wasnt too pleased but what can i do when they insisted I DID NOT work, especially nights which i should have been doing tonight tomorrow and wednesday.
Im not sure but think that there is a strong possibility that i will be having the baby early one way or another!

Pleased to say that this has kicked hubbys arse for him and hes been really supportive, came today and despite
working nights, hes determined to come to these appointments tomorrow and thursday with me, i did say i would have asked my mum but no, hes adamant he has to be there! so thats one good thing hey LOL.
What would you do with us preggo's hey LOL

And you know on top of all that, my car blew up on the way to work on saturday, looks like its gonna be an expensive repair job. involves the cam belt, some valves or other, engine out job and all sorts! Then we went to asda in the afternoon and hubby clipped a car as he was trying to park - mind you the lad was nice about it, we called him on the tanoy to confess, he was greatful for that and settled 50 pounds cash and not involve insurance so at least we dont lose no claims! Then in the middle of the night an adjascent garden caught fire so the fire brigade were outside my house literally about 10ft away for 2 hours flashing lights and a real noisy generator pumping water out everywhere, went at about 4am and i had to be up at 05.30 to go to work - was well knackered LOL.

Well, you know you said you hoped things turned around for me, well i think i can safely say they did - just not in the right direction LOL.
Life hey! these things are sent to try us NO!

Anyway, when i get 5 i will look your friend up, bless her hope shes not having too bad a time!

hi, i saw the pic's of the diaper things you made.....i think its a great idea....i have always done pampers, huggies, stuff like that, and never tried cloth cause i didnt know to much about it but i love the idea of a one size fits all! that will SAVE LOTS of money for people that want to do cloth diapers. i would patten your idea and then take it to the market world and sell your cloth diapers. good luck

I'm doing well. Donovan is just getting over the stomach flu- his first time sick and a first time mama!!! It was all new to me! I called the doc's office a few times, but I remained pretty calm! I'm so porud of myself that I didn't freak out lol!!!
