Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Sunday, 20 April no it didn't stop, its no a lot at all tho... i don't know if its my show, because there isn't any plug in it. as soon as i saw the blood this morning, i was thinking the same thing... that i would go into labor before tonight! lilmami8508 -
Sunday, 20 April wow that's quite a temperature change for you! are you getting used to it? how warm does it get there in the summer? i would love to visit new mexico. i don't know about moving there, but i definately wouldn't mind visiting! yeah 81 degrees is nice for the spring. but like i said before... it's not going to last yet. it will go back to "normal" spring weather sometime next week. but yes it is nice to have a baby born in the spring, to avoid bundling him up and risk getting him sick. he can get fresh air right away! and when he can't sleep at night and won't stop crying... i'll take him out for a late night walk. lilmami8508 -
Sunday, 20 April thank you so much! and i will let you know how it goes as soon as i can... i promise! where do you live? if you don't mind me asking. it's starting to get nice here. today it was actually 81 degrees! that's kind of high, which isn't normal for april here. but the thing is... this warm weather isn't going to last. it's going to get cool again... i think next week maybe? but anyway, its a tease! lilmami8508 -
Saturday, 19 April im doing good... im being induced tomorrow (sunday) at midnight. so im going through a lot of mixed emotions right now. im not experiencing any kind of signs of labor, but im still scared to go out or drive by myself. my life is pretty much at a stand still until my baby is born. i can't believe i'll be a mommy sometime on monday... oh boy... lilmami8508 -

Thursday, 17 April Thank you so much for your message. I did decide to cancel the induction and am feeling much better about the choice not intervene medically at this point even with the confusion. The ultrasound was from 12 weeks which is why they thought it to be accurate but I agree using the date of conception is even better.
3 days overdue also seems quite early to schedule an induction. I have heard of so many long drawn out, painful labors from women being induced to soon. We've made it this far so what's a few more days right? I have heard it said that every day counts in the womb in the final stages of development.
Best wishes to you and your hubby with your childbirth experience. I will look out for your birth announcement! aderyn3 -
Thursday, 17 April Hi there! It really depends on your birth. With my first, I was induced and it was horrible. I had a vaginal delivery, but I had to stay in the hospital an extra 4 days anyway because they couldn't get my heart rate down....then it was at least another week before I felt like leaving the house, and probably another week after that before I felt anywhere near normal. With my second daughter, I took her out shopping for new clothes by myself the day after I delivered. That time I had had a natural homebirth. I was back to work 2 days later, and 3 days after my son, also a homebirth (I do medical transcription at home.) I'm actually looking forward to this birth because pregnancy, for me, is 100 times more painful than delivery!! Good luck! angelamouzakitis -
Sunday, 6 April My doc didn't say that she was measuring at a certain week level or anything, but we did in vitro, so there is no question about my due date to the day. If she is too small, they will induce right away...my belly is actually not that big, people ask me if I've had the baby already, but I think I look very pregnant...anyway, I'm a little nervous, but I feel her moving around. We did an ultrasound last week and saw her moving around, practicing her breathing, but we will do a full growht scan on Thursday. We'll see. ARe you being induced? mela -
Thursday, 3 April Thanks for the good info on the diaper bags. Wow, not long to go until your due date!! frogsnack -

Wednesday, 26 Mar Hi Cait, Today I went to my Dr. and told her about it, as I expected she told me it's probaly an increase in vaginal discharge. I guess we are so close to holding our babies that any small thing gets us exited and scared at the same time. I just read some of the comments on the breast pump and I agree with Amy, I also was told from a lactation specialist that using a used breast pump is a big 'NO-NO'. She said there's alot of bateria and even virus that can be passed along. Thanks!!
