Miguel is 5 months old. I can't believe how time flys. It seems like yesterday I was in the hospital giving birth to my son. Miguel has had his first tooth come in and the second on it's way. So for the last 2 weeks it has been hell for him. Lots of pain usally in the evening, so we have not been getting much sleep around here. He goes to bed at 730, and before 9 he has already woken up 3 time screaming. then after that he has been waking up every 4 hours just in time for his next dose of Tyenol. Tonight hasn't been bad, but I can't wait for that next to tooth to come in already so he can be done with the pain. On top of the pain he has been sick, runny nose, and vomiting.. let me tell you NOT FUN!! I just wish it would all just go away so I don't have to see my baby suffer.
Miguel has started to sit unassisted for a couple seconds here and there, but when he gets too excited he can't do anything but fall over.
anyways thats all for my updates.

Pregnancy Journal
My name is Lindsey, I am 23 years old. This is my husbands and
my fist child. We have been married for 5 years this past August.
We have had our doggies, which have been our babies, but now
we will have a real baby to spoil just as much, if not more. We
didn't plan our child but we are loving every minute of the
pregnancy. I had just started my career in Real Estate when I
found out that I was pregnant. Trying to finish up my classes and
juggle morning sickness was not fun, but it was worth every
mintue.
Recently my sister sister and I were sharing this special time
with each other, she was 4 weeks ahead of me in our
pregnancies. On Novemeber 7th 2007 20 weeks along, when she
lost her twins. She named her little girls Ella Lilly, and Colleen
Deborah. Ella was stillborn and Colleen lived for 2 hours. If my
husband and I have a little girl we will be nameing her Alyssa
Ella to commemoriate her one of her little girls who did not
get to live on earth.
My due date is April 20th, 2008

IT'S A BOY
I went to the doctor today and found out what I was having..
here are the couple of ultrasound pictures they gave me.
It was sooo cute.. my gummy bear was moving soo much it was
hard for the Tech to get a good picture. He kept
moving his arms everywhere and yawaning sooo much he was
tired yet so active. I cried like a baby myself when I saw him.

He Weighs 9oz, as of today with the heart rate of 154. I can't
wait to hold him in my arms in April!!
December 9, 2007
20 weeks has finially come, just another 19 and I will be able
to hold my son. Things around my house has been so stressfull
the last week, and I'm hoping it doesn't affect the rest of the
growth deveolpment he still has to do. My parents house was
flooded in the Washington floods on Monday, so I have them and
their 5 dogs along with my 3 so 8 dogs, 2 brothers and my
parents.. plus my husband and I... and one of those brothers, I do
not get along with because he thinks everyone owes him
somthing out of life (he's 21)... I have been trying to stay calm
but That is hard when everytime you turn around something is
going on
December 21st.
I guess you could say my husband won, but we finially decided
on a name. Well I guess it's more or less I gave in on the name
he wanted, but our Son's name is going to be Miguel Jose (jose
after his dad)... I think I'm finally coming around to the name
Miguel, at first I hated it, but I guess it's not so bad considering
the other two names that my husband wanted.

March 4th~ Lets see, I'm in my 33rd week of pregnancy and loving every moment of being pregnant. The only thing that gets me is that everytime he moves it hurts like hell. It almost feels like I am bruised from the inside and he just keeps moving and pushing the bruise. I'm not sure if that is normal, but I have heard people say that it happend to them, so I'm not going to worry I guess I still have to deal with that for 7 more weeks. My husband and I are getting excited as each day passes, I just wish it would hurry up already, becauseI want to hold him already. My son is breach as of my last appointment. So I have another appointment on Friday and I guess we are going to check if he decided he was ready to trun yet. I don't think he has. Well I'll update again when something interesting has happend.

Congrats on your son!!! He is absolutely gorgeous! He was born 3 days before my daughter, Sofia Isabella. Sofia was a big baby too. She was 10 lbs 13 oz and 21 3/4 inches long and I had her by a scheduled c-section at 39 weeks, she would have been over 11 lbs if I had to carry her til 40 weeks. Miguel's newborn pictures remind me of some of Sofia's pictures. I think Sofia sometimes looks like a boy, so we always make sure that she either has pink or a dress on, lol :)

Hi, I asked for similac coupons awhile back, a bunch of wondeful moms sent me coupons(the ones that look like checks) anyway, i have used them eventhough they have someone elses name on them, and never had a problem. I use them at walmart and shoprite several times, so you should be fine giving them to someone else!

Here it is…90 mins after your baby wakes pay close attention for sleepy cues. The moment you see the first one, take them to get ready for their nap. For Shay, it is usually between 1.5 hrs – 2 hrs and she is ready for a nap. If I catch it perfectly she is out in 5 mins other times it takes 10-15 mins. I still have to rock her to sleep for her naps. If she resists I stand and kind of giggle her up and down and that usually settles her. I have also started giving her a “snack” 2 ozs of a bottle before going down. She is still a short napper averaging 45 mins but she wakes up happy so it must be all she needs.
I hope it works for you! Let me know how it works out for you.
My pedi did advise at her 4 mth appt that I should start trying to consolidate these naps…but I think I am going to wait closer to the 6 mth mark. She is so done after 2 hrs! And, at that time I will also start trying to lay her down sleepy but awake for her naps as well. We do for bedtime for the past 3 weeks and it has worked out great so far.
