My name is Candice.

I am 22 years old and happily married to Andy. We have a 3 year old son together, Grayson, and we are expecting our second son, Braxton. We are lucky and have our C-Section scheduled, our little bundle of joy will be here on July 8th. We are very excited, and Grayson is excited to be a big brother! I enjoy talking to other mothers and sharing stories, it is interesting to see just how different each child is and each pregnancy.

my sister was 2.5cm and 75% effaced for 3 weeks prior to her due date and she went over by almost a week (that was with her 2nd child too). If your Dr thought you would've gone into labor they should've made you stay home instead of helping your family (even if the Dr was going to be there)

I dont think you should go, and i don't think your parents should even LET you go?!?! thats insane! Also, your hubby not even aloud going? You should be spending these last valuable times with him before the baby comes. I would not go anywhere or do anything with my family if my hubby wasnt invited. They dont have to like him but they do have to include him he is family (and YOUR family!) you picked him they didnt and im sure ur hubby cant be to thrilled about u going either. Hey i think ur prents r extremely selfish u shudnt do it at dis stage u knw..i knw hw tired i feel n i want my husband wiv me all da time n he don even let me to go to town alone..cuz netime u can expect da baby n also ur body is weak n hw can ur parents expect u to do dat for there benefit..its ur hubby dey shud accept dat..its ridiculous..u shud think n do da best for u n hubby n ur baby on da way..don force urself to do nethin for neone..i feel sorry for u babe..soz i av been rude bt i jus felt angry bout da way ur parents bein selfish dats all...luk afta urself..

but you ARE PREGNANT... ot just first trimester.. but in your LATE 3rd trimester. You could get heatstroke and fall. be careful, and do whats good for you and your baby.

Candice re: your post, I can't belive your parents are even allowing you to do this...never mind anything else!!! You are 9 months pregnant and anything could happen, you should not be out there in your condition, and so far from where you would need to be should something come up.

You should have a talk with them and free yourself of this obligation, it cannot be good for you at this point and w/out your husband to top! They should understand that.
