I've never been a mommy before! I am loving the journey so far! No morning sickness, boobs are HUGE and heavy! I love pregnancy though! I know everything I'm feeling is for a reason!! I couldn't be happier! My husband and I tried for one month prior to conceiving! I have never been happier!

I found out that I am pregnant on February 10th. I, just on a whim, took a pregnancy test knowing it was still 4 days before I was supposed to miss my period. It turned out positive. My husband was on a hunting trip, so I went to my friend `s house for a second opinion because the line was faint (her husband was hunting with mine). She said, `You `re pregnant! Go get more tests! ` I went out and got 3 more boxes of tests. All turned out positive!! One of her little girls adores my husband and is always giving him things (papers she made at school for him, etc). So we wrapped up the pregnancy test in a little shoe box, put tissue paper in it, and tied a brown polka dotted blue ribbon around the test. Then we wrapped the shoebox in wrapping paper. We had her little girl give it to my husband. He thought it was a Valentine `s present from the little girl! He was shocked to open the box and see a positive pregnancy test instead!! :)Since then I have gone to the doctor and had blood work done and he said, `Your HCG levels are high, you `re definately pregnant! ` I am due October 24! I am so excited!!

My pre-k'ers have been on a "Mrs. Couch for Halloween next year I'm going to be a _______________." I finally told them yesterday that I would have my baby before Halloween gets here! Then they all started offering names for the baby. Here are a few they came up with: Emily Elizabeth, Lizzy, Princess, Susha (came from a VERY creative 5 yr. old), Smily Face, Cason, Jacob, Dalton, Pearl, etc. They were all going through so many names that I had them come up and tell me one at a time what they thought we should name the baby, then I had them draw what it would look like. They had a blast!! I'm laminating their pages and binding them to look back at with our child one of these days! :)
On another exciting note, I go for my dr's visit a week from today!! I can't wait to hear the heartbeat for the first time!!! I can't wait to see my husband's reaction! I'm going to be bawling like a baby!! Time seems like it's standing still though right now while I'm having to wait.

I am taking my pre-k'ers to the OKC Zoo on Thursday. Friday the pre-k/k is out of school for pre-k/k pre-enrollment. This promises to be a BUSY week! I'm already looking forward to next weekend; however it's not going to be a bad week though.
I have another dr. appt. on May 8. We'll schedule my ultrasound at that visit! I can't wait! I'm SO ready!

We found the heartbeat with the doppler!! The problem was that I was expecting it to be louder, and I wasn't using lubricant. We found it though! :) I almost cried!! I can hear it all the time now!!! :)

Friday is the BIG day!!! Hopefully our little pumpkin will be cooperating and let us find out if he/she is a boy or girl!! I can't wait!! There's no feeling like this in the world!! I'm SO excited!!

Oh my gosh my back hurts. Could it be because I'm now in a size E bra? Or because our little munchkin isn't getting any smaller? Or is it because my baby bump isn't a bump anymore it's a MOUNTAIN! I'm going tomorrow to Babies R' Us tomorrow to buy a C shaped body pillow! I'm hoping that will help! My hubby is going with me and we're going to register at Babies R' Us tomorrow also!! I'm SUPER excited!
Our little man likes kicking me in the va-jay-jay! I swear he uses it as a trampoline! It is the weirdest feeling! I love it though! I'm glad he's keeping himself entertained in there! :)

Our house is coming along! They're hoping to have the roof done by the end of this week (weather permitting). I can't wait for our house to be done so I can decorate the baby's room! I am SO excited that they're getting it done SO quickly!
Our precious prince loves playing in there! He's so FUN!! I'm feeling WONDERFUL! It's been a fun ride that's for sure! I am LOVING being pregnant!
My in-laws are coming for the 4th of July, so it's going to be a busy week getting ready for their visit! They live 4 1/2 hrs. away, so they're staying for a few days! YAY!

Oh that is so exciting about your house!!! I remember when we was having our house built although I don't think I would want to be pregnant and buulding a house thats alot of stress!!!

That worked out good about the jury duty, I have never had to do jury duty and I'm so afriad that I will get a notice for it anytime because of my pregnancy and everything.

How long are you going to be gone fo New Orleans? I want to go somewhere so bad, but now its going to have to wait till after the baby is here. I'm hoping to make it till Aug 1 but its looking more like July actually I'm just praying to make it to 36 weeks which is 2 more weeks.

I hope your health stays good too, I can't belive how fast my health changed it was almost overnight!!

Hi there, how are you???? Well it looks like my little man will be here in about 2 weeks!! My blood pressure has shot up within the last week and they cannot get it under control with medication, and now I'm starting to pass protein in my urine which means my kidneys are starting to work overtime. My doctor said I would not make it past week 36 so its pretty much a waiting game during the next 2 weeks. I hope your doing good, I can't belive how fast your health can change within a couple of days! Take it easy!!

Hey Girl...How are ya? Sorry haven't been on lately...Either my computer was having problems or the website was...not sure...was having difficulty getting on the site. Anyway..when's your 3D/4D ultrasound? Hope you are enjoying your last Summer before your a MOMMY!

All is great here...Had Dr. appt yesterday and have to go for my glucose test today...YUCK! It's not that its bad it just takes an hour to do! I hate sitting there. Rhylee is in correct position right now...hopefully she stays that way...her butt is constantly pushing on my ribs! Heartrate 150....Go back in 3 weeks then every 2 weeks after that...I can't believe how fast this is going...I have to start nursery and finish some shopping, tour and register at the hospital...I will be delivering at a different hospital than I did with my daughter...The old one no longer has maternity services...I will be at a top noch facility....I was onlly 2 minutes from the old one but now I am 45 from the new one! Hope I make it! LOL! Well email me...Take care. *HUGS*

I also got that body pillow a few months ago and I LOVE IT! I think I may break down and get a swim suit. I've come to the realization that I have a belly and it will continue to grow! I love it though!
On another note, Im not sure if I told you that I was diagnosed with Velamentous cord insertion. Its not that bad, although there are other conditions that can happen, I don't have any of them...thank god!

I have to go back every few weeks to make sure he's growing and they may take him out early with a c section if the placenta stops giving him the nutrients he needs. So I'll see him again in 4 weeks and they'll let me know how he's growing. Other then that all is well. I have to say I am loving having off this summer! I usually wait tables over the summer for extra cash, but not this summer!

I went to Babies R us yesterday and bought some of the Dr. Browns bottles. With my first son he didn't care about the bottle just as long as he was getting feed. Hopefully, this time around it will be the same way. I'm so hoping he isn't a fussy one!

I went for another non stress test today and he still would not cooperate, I had the ultra sound done and he is fine not in any stress! My blood pressure was really high so they put me on bed rest for tonight and I have to go back tomorrow to check my blood pressure! I told my doctor that I'm stressing because my little man is being so difficult, I hope he isn't like this after he is born.

I just worry about a breach delivery. All of my other children were vaginal. The last thing I want is to have a c-section. I guess there is still time for the babies to turn around. It feels like my daughter is using my cervix as a trampoline as well. Good luck with your pregnancy.

Hi are you having a great 4th of July weekend? I am but it didn't start off so great, I had to go for a non stress test last Thur and my little man fluncked it so they sent me to the hospital for an emergency ultra sound. He was doing fine in the ultra sound so I got to go home, I was so scared. Now I have to go back tomorrow for another non stress test and another ultra sound tomorrow afternoon! I'm so scarred that he is strarting to get stressed and will end up having emergency c-section or something! I guess I should get my bags packed for the hospital here real soon I just don't know what to pack!

So I remember you saying that you got some Avent baby bottles and was wondering what you think of them? I went to Target yesterday and bought some of the 4oz & 11 oz and I got home and I hate the 11 oz ones. They seem so big and hard to hold, so I'm thinking if its hard for me to hold how is a 7 months old baby suppose to hold it. So I took them back last night and got my money back so now I still don't have any bottles. I'm going to Babies R us today to look some more.

Thanks, yeah all my friends that are pregnant had this name on there list before they found out what they were having and I had no idea of the lists BUT they are having boys LOL 3 little boys due in august and then my little cailyn in Oct. Don't be so envious yet, I'm so miserable! Even just sitting here hurts, he is so low and every time I move I swear there is so much pressure down low. The second trimester was defintley the best one. I still love being pregnant its just awsome feeling him move. I was looking at the Avent bottles tonight but I didn't buy any. I registered for the playtex ones but I guess its a good thing I didn't get any because now I have changed my mind about those kind. We bought the car seat/stroller tonight and now I need to start on his bedding and get that done. Have a good night!!!

Thats great about your new house and even better you will be all moved in before your little man gets here. I started swelling about a month ago but it was here and there so I guess about 28 weeks, but now its getting worse. I had a doctors appt this morning and she metioned that my hands and feet was really swollen. I'm starting to have tons of discharge though and my doctor says my cervix is starting to thin out and because all the problems I'm starting to have she isn't going to do anything to stop it so she said have everything ready because he will be early! I had to have a non stress test today and he wouldn't cooperate at all so they sent me to hospital for an ultra sound he was sleeping away with his legs crossed over his chest. He weighs 3# 13oz so now I have to go twice a week for non stress test!

Do you have a Kohls close by? The one in Moore has had some great sales lately, in the baby dept they have had 50,60 and 70% off. I bought some 9 months oufits on the 70% off rack so now he has some winter clothes! The outfits was like $5.00 or $6.00.

I had my 2nd baby shower this past weekend, I can't belive how many onesies, bibs, blankets and even diapers that I have now. I'm taking some the onesies and blankets back and will use that towards the car seat/stroller, I didn't get any bottles at all and I still need to decide which ones I want to use, I'm going to use use a pump for breast milk so I will need bottles.

I'm going to find a place that does pregnancy massages and try to get one this week before the holiday, I think I deserve it! Take care and talk to you soon!!!!

I'm doing good besides all the swelling! I go tomorrow for my doctors appt and another ultra sound. I had my baby shower yesterday and I had so much fun, I got alot of good things including a baby swing and bouncie so I was so happy! Today I got all of his clothes washed and put away so I can relax, now we just need to get his stroller/car seat and I will really be able to relax and just wait on him. How are you doing???

Hey Girl! I am doing GREAT! Been feeling Rhylee move ALOT! She is an active one...I don't remember Rhianna being this way...No complaint though! I LOVE it! I have been doing some early shopping too...We just bought a new stroller and carseat travel system today...I have my daughter's old one but it is 5 years old and beat up so of course I needed a new one! HA HA! LOL! Just an excuse I guess...I went through a lot of Rhianna's old clothes and starting organizing and buying what I need...I have a lot so don't NEED much! I am getting that NESTING feeling these days....I still have 16 more weeks to go and have time...I think the hubby is going to paint the nursery in July sometime and put up the crib...Then I can REALLY start NESTING! LOL!

Anyway...Glad to hear about your house...Bet your are EXCITED! Sorry to hear about your job, but you are right...staying at home is not a bad deal at all if you can do it! It's the BEST JOB IN THE WORLD! And it IS A JOB TOO!

Well either way you will have a full time job, one is with no pay but very, very reawarding!!! We had our house built last spring it was so much fun but sometimes stressful especially when moving. I love being pregnant, its so much fun feeling him move and just wondering what he is doing sometimes. I had my ultra sound done today and he weighs 3# 11oz no wonder I'm having more trouble getting around. He was laying on his side and using the placenta as a pillow it was to cute! I'm excited about how close it is for me to see my little man but on the same note I'm getting sad becuase I won't be able to feel him kick me anymore!

I think it really started to sink in tonight that I only have about 6-7 weeks left. I'm getting nervous about the labor and delivery part, the flashbacks are starting up from when I had my other son! At my doctors appt last week I found out that I have dropped and he is in position so they think he is coming eary and they had already planned on inducing me by 38 weeks since I'm high risk, my doctor said we could still schedule the induction at 38 weeks but she doesn't think I will need it! My other son was 4 weeks early so I keep thinking if this one comes 4 weeks early than I only have 4 weeks left! I'm having a baby shower this Sat and I can't wait, I'm so excited and anxious. I still have so much stuff I need and what I don't get I'm going to buy and now I just feel like time is running out fast! Any luck on a teaching job or is it still to early to know anything?
