I've never been a mommy before! I am loving the journey so far! No morning sickness, boobs are HUGE and heavy! I love pregnancy though! I know everything I'm feeling is for a reason!! I couldn't be happier! My husband and I tried for one month prior to conceiving! I have never been happier!

I found out that I am pregnant on February 10th. I, just on a whim, took a pregnancy test knowing it was still 4 days before I was supposed to miss my period. It turned out positive. My husband was on a hunting trip, so I went to my friend `s house for a second opinion because the line was faint (her husband was hunting with mine). She said, `You `re pregnant! Go get more tests! ` I went out and got 3 more boxes of tests. All turned out positive!! One of her little girls adores my husband and is always giving him things (papers she made at school for him, etc). So we wrapped up the pregnancy test in a little shoe box, put tissue paper in it, and tied a brown polka dotted blue ribbon around the test. Then we wrapped the shoebox in wrapping paper. We had her little girl give it to my husband. He thought it was a Valentine `s present from the little girl! He was shocked to open the box and see a positive pregnancy test instead!! :)Since then I have gone to the doctor and had blood work done and he said, `Your HCG levels are high, you `re definately pregnant! ` I am due October 24! I am so excited!!

My pre-k'ers have been on a "Mrs. Couch for Halloween next year I'm going to be a _______________." I finally told them yesterday that I would have my baby before Halloween gets here! Then they all started offering names for the baby. Here are a few they came up with: Emily Elizabeth, Lizzy, Princess, Susha (came from a VERY creative 5 yr. old), Smily Face, Cason, Jacob, Dalton, Pearl, etc. They were all going through so many names that I had them come up and tell me one at a time what they thought we should name the baby, then I had them draw what it would look like. They had a blast!! I'm laminating their pages and binding them to look back at with our child one of these days! :)
On another exciting note, I go for my dr's visit a week from today!! I can't wait to hear the heartbeat for the first time!!! I can't wait to see my husband's reaction! I'm going to be bawling like a baby!! Time seems like it's standing still though right now while I'm having to wait.

I am taking my pre-k'ers to the OKC Zoo on Thursday. Friday the pre-k/k is out of school for pre-k/k pre-enrollment. This promises to be a BUSY week! I'm already looking forward to next weekend; however it's not going to be a bad week though.
I have another dr. appt. on May 8. We'll schedule my ultrasound at that visit! I can't wait! I'm SO ready!

We found the heartbeat with the doppler!! The problem was that I was expecting it to be louder, and I wasn't using lubricant. We found it though! :) I almost cried!! I can hear it all the time now!!! :)

Friday is the BIG day!!! Hopefully our little pumpkin will be cooperating and let us find out if he/she is a boy or girl!! I can't wait!! There's no feeling like this in the world!! I'm SO excited!!

Oh my gosh my back hurts. Could it be because I'm now in a size E bra? Or because our little munchkin isn't getting any smaller? Or is it because my baby bump isn't a bump anymore it's a MOUNTAIN! I'm going tomorrow to Babies R' Us tomorrow to buy a C shaped body pillow! I'm hoping that will help! My hubby is going with me and we're going to register at Babies R' Us tomorrow also!! I'm SUPER excited!
Our little man likes kicking me in the va-jay-jay! I swear he uses it as a trampoline! It is the weirdest feeling! I love it though! I'm glad he's keeping himself entertained in there! :)

Our house is coming along! They're hoping to have the roof done by the end of this week (weather permitting). I can't wait for our house to be done so I can decorate the baby's room! I am SO excited that they're getting it done SO quickly!
Our precious prince loves playing in there! He's so FUN!! I'm feeling WONDERFUL! It's been a fun ride that's for sure! I am LOVING being pregnant!
My in-laws are coming for the 4th of July, so it's going to be a busy week getting ready for their visit! They live 4 1/2 hrs. away, so they're staying for a few days! YAY!

I had another OB appt. yesterday and now I'm down to 2 wk. visits! I'm measuring 32cm at almost 32 wks. My doctor scheduled an ultrasound for Sept. 11th. at 2pm. I'll be 34 wks! I can't believe it! I go for my ultrasound, then I have an OB appt. afterward! At the beginning of this pregnancy I weighed 170 lb. Today I weigh 183 lb. I've only gained 13 lb.!!!!! I'm SO excited! I plan on breastfeeding, so that combined with exercise it will be easy to lose that weight and more. I'm SOOOOOOOO happy!!!!!!! My dr. also made the statement, "It's always so nice to see you because you always have a smile on your face!" After my appointment he shook my husband's hand and gave me a side hug. He told me it had been a LONG day, and that he had been up since 2am delivering a baby and doing an emergency c-section. He looked exhausted! He's a real trooper! I'm glad he's my doctor!
I'm ABSOLUTELY LOVING live!!!!!!

Hi there, did you have a good weekend? I had a good weekend and got alot of rest. I had a doctors appt this morning and found out that I have dropped already he is getting into position and is ready! That sure explains the extra pressure feeling I started feeling. My doctor said he will be coming early since I'm only 30 weeks right now but didn't put me on complete bed rest she still thinks I will last another 6 weeks and I'm having another ultra sound next week to see what he weighs and position and what to do from there! I'm really starting to get nervous now its going by so fast! Well I just wanted to say hi and see how your doing? Talk to you soon!

I really like that name but again I love both of those names!!! Enjoy all the engery you have right now, I'm so tired and have no engery at all. My baby weighs over 3# now and I can tell its getting harder and harder to get around I don't know how I'm going to make it another 7-8 weeks! I just found out 2 weeks ago that I have gestiational diabetes so I'm taking insulin pills and sticking my finger 4 times a day and I'm confused about all the carbs I'm not allowed! Since I'm already high risk and now this makes it even more high risk I'm on partial bedrest and the doctor said she will not allow me go over 38 weeks yay!! So I have about 7 weeks left. I'm hoping to be induced on Aug 8 but it may be sooner! I love feeling him move and stretch out he makes my whole belly move! I'm having my 2nd baby shower the last Sat in June and can't wait, I still have so much stuff I need! What are you doing about your job are you still going to be able to teach in the fall? I'm taking some time off and don't know when I will go back to work I told my husband I'm staying at home full time with the baby and he said ok (his mistake)! HA HA!!

Hey there...well the experience was awesome! We saw everything we could have wanted to..plus things we weren't sure of. It was great though. The tech was great and we were there ofr an hour. This was mainly because she couldn't get the last few shots, and she had to get another person to come in and try and get them. (He's stubborn already!)
So we were on a high as we went into the doctor's office to see him, then he said there might be a problem with my placenta. The cord may be attached to the side and not the middle as it should be. He said the tech couldn't get a good shot so they want me back in 3 weeks. He thinks it looks ok , but wants to check it again. If it is on the side, he said the good news is it's not on the side by my cervix, which is very dangerous. They would just monitor the baby because he will probably be small.
So.....I went from a super high to a super low real fast! But hopefully all is well and the tech just couldn't see it right. So keep your finger crossed for me, I go back on July 2nd.

Sorry to go on and on ..I typed this twice alrady and now I'm starting to copy and past my story!
I hope your little guy is doing great! Someone just messaged me and said they thought October was a month for girls...but slowly the boys are catching up!! Ill talk to you soon, Krista.

I think that is a cute name and you should name him that if thats what you like, I wouldn't worry if there is already a Ryan in the family! My first son in named Matthew so of course I'm partial to that name and the name we picked our for our new son is Blake Ryan so of course I'm partial to Ryan also!!! My nieces middle name is Ryan but I don't care I love the name we have picked out. Also my nieces birthday is Aug 10 and I'm due Aug 23 but my doctor wants to induce 2 weeks early making it the 10 or 11th, what do we do I'm going to see if she will induce on the 8th instead.How have you been feeling? I'm doing ok I just love feeling Blake move all the time and I love feeling him having the hiccups!! I'm ready to have him but then I'm getting sad that I only have 8 weeks left of him being in my tummy!

I hope that my tech is as cool as yours! They just called to confirm and said I should exepct to be there for 2 hrs...is that true? Oh well, doesn't matter to me, as long as I get to see my little one!

I pray that everything is alright with our baby...and then I also hope that we get a peek in between the legs!! 90% of the people that have ventured a guess have said boy.. as did 2 intelligender kits. So we'll see! I don't care either way, I just want to shop! Well wich me luck (for getting to sleep tonight that is!)

Hey Lady...LOVE your page! Sorry for not keeping in touch better. Daughter has been keeping me busy ...I've just been checking my messages lately....So how is your vacation going so far? Feeling good? I am doing great....Got Dr. Appt on Thurs....Get all the results of ultrasound back then....Nothing real exciting going on...My hubby is in Alabama this week on business so i have been busy with my daughter...NO HELP! Just her and Mommy! LOL! She keeps me busy! My little peanut has been busy in my belly....I think she's a gymnast! How's you little one? When's that next ultrasound for you? Bet you're excited! I am not sure if I want to schedule one or not...

They're the best in terms of popularity and one of the two are always located near to friends and family and/or they can order online too! Hey there...how have you been? Well I only have a few more day to go! It's crazy beacause I feel like it was so long ago that I was 'waiting' for this u/s, and now it's here. I've foind myself getting a bit nervous, but I'm still very excited!
Yeah I'm not sure how much I'll shop either because we're also packing up our house. Just excited to give this baby an identity!
Today was graduation for the seniors, and it was 94 degress this afternoon and we were in a non-air conditioned gym...it was gross! But at least it's over.. and school will be out soon! Well, I hope the little one, HE, is doing well and giving you lots of kicks! I'll talk to you soon........Krista

Yeah, I have 3 Cabbage Patch Kids and those sure don't look like they used to. My parents spent a lot of time and effort trying to get those dolls. That was back in the day when people nearly had to fight for them. Some of the clothes I have for them look a little 80's, but I'm sure she'll still like them. Have you felt your baby move yet?

Hey Sweetie.....I am doing GREAT! Still on CLOUD 9 from the ultrasound! I LOVE MY PICS! You're NOT A DORK either for carrying them with you all the time! I DO TO!!! LOL!

As for my PRINCESS...Yes my hubby can feel her kicking me...Just this past week she's been REALLY ACTIVE! She has her sleeping and awake patterns mixed up these days...Just when I think I know them, she changes them on me! I have been having a really tough time sleeping these days. Just can't get comfortable and am HOT all the time!

I started looking through Baby Name books but just haven't really found anyting yet...I need it to be PERFECT! LOL! Something that will go with my Princess Rhianna...I do like the names Arianna and Alaina but not set on them yet! Still have 4 months to figure it out! My nephew's name is Ryan Andrew so I REALLY like you Little Man's name.

I LOVE the belly pics....You are getting BIG! I need to post new one's tomorrow....I will be 21 weeks!!! YEAH!!! ONLY 19 more to go!!!! Seems so long but it's not! I have to get the crib out of storage and clean up my den to make room for her! Lots to do so little time!

I did the UNTHINKABLE today! I bought a Maternity Bathing Suit! YES....I FINALLY did it! I swore I wouldn't but I want to go to the wave pool tomorrow and I don't think my bikini is gonna work! LOL! I hate my legs and they look horrid in it but it isn't supposed to be gorgeous just comfortable! Do you have one yet?

I agree. If it is to beat up sometimes it isn't worth it. I got a used infant car seat from another person I know and it is in awesome shape. I think I'm going to register for the other car seat though. I'd like to get a convertible one that we can use longer as well. That's good they promised to have your house done by then. I'm sure they'll make it happen. I know when my house was being built I thought there was no way they were going to finish in time, but sure enough they made it! I bet things will really fly by for you with building the house and getting everything organized before the baby comes! I've been trying to get the rest of the inside of our house painted and just train people at work before the baby comes.
