I saw your comment about rob & just wanted u 2 know u r not alone. I have lived w/my bf for 5 years. His son was 8 when he moved in & he refused 2 kiss or hug me when he son was around. I am a very affecionate person & it really upset me- especially since his ex was always moving a new man into the home where the son lived. When we found out i was prego he tried 2 hide it from his son & ex~ hello u cant hide a pregnancy, especially since i get really big & the end result is a baby. Anyway, i totally understand why u r upset & u deserve 2 kick his ass. I have a problem w/protecting the ex from things she doesnt wanna know- its obvious that we sleep together & hiding the fact that we like each other & kiss to me is ridiculous. I dont know how rob would react to my solution but i forced my bf 2 start kissing me at least good-bye even when his son was there now he has grown use 2 it & its no longer an issue. I honestly think he is just scared 2 upset me now seeing how i am on an emotional rollercoaster, but whatever works!! I get all kinds of affection now even in front of his now 12 year old son-- i dont care if it upsets his son (yeah that sounds bad) but his ex has had almost 10 men in & out of their home & honestly kids need 2 c a loving affectionate couple. We hug & kiss them so y not hug & kiss eachother?? Good luck!!

hey I was reading your post and I would be hurt if I were you also. He must not really know how you feel abotu this, but I also think it is a guy thing. they just do not know how to listen. My daughter sometimes makes her teddy's kiss and I do not think it is wrong at all. Now if it was something else she was making them do then I would be upset. But he is taking this way to far. Hopefully he will realize that it was just a normal thing that kids sometimes do. Dont get yourself all worked up I know it is hard, but just hang in there. Hopefully talk about it a little more with him and try to make him understand that it is ok and normal. I am sorry hes mad abotu this. I dont know what i would do. I hope you feel better!

i read your question about feet swelling!! grrr! my hands and feet both swell up a bit! i notice my hands do it when im walking our dogs (but not when im working out, how weird) and my feet at night! it's sooooooooooo annoying! i was worried about my salt intake.. but im sure it's fine, lol

Thanks...I'm trying not to worry :) On my first ultrasound she was moving her legs, just this second ultrasound where she wouldn't move them has made me nervous! Last night I felt her moving (kicking or punching, I'm not sure which). It was the first time that I could actually feel her movement from the outside with my hand, so I am feeling a little better. Thanks for the reassurance!
