Geoff and were busy this weekend. Geoff and I went shopping it took for ever it felt like. He had to get stuff for his trip for baseball. My mom keeps getting us the cutest clothes from gap. I have not had an appt, so I do not know how things are going. I am hoping good, I am no longer tired. That would be cool if you had your baby this weekend. Tanya is acting so weird! She has not talked to me for six weeks, since I told we were having a baby. I have called her like 10 times, weird. She finally called me back yesterday, after I told that I had gifts for the boys b-day. Can you tell it bugs me? Hopefully you have the baby soon, because I am going to see Geoff May 29 in St. George, I can't wait it should be like 90-95. I need to get tan, I have never felt so white in my live. Tanning makes me fell beter. I have to go find a ticket to see geoff, but I will talk to you sooon.

Thank you honey! I am not sure how big he is now. I last my U/S when I went into pre-term at 33 1/2 weeks and he was 4.5 at that time.

Hey thanks so much =) Yeah i didnt end up going to the hospital. I said i would go to sleep and if they got bad enought to wake me then i would go. But i think i may start to walk more so that she will come soon. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy =)

I feel Like a Fat cow I have gained 3 Pounds. Even though it is not a lot it feels like it for almost 10 week. Did u gain any in those weeks?

You did not leave your dress at my house. I am doing good just busy with track and school. I can't wait for it to be over, only two weeks to go. I have my next apt on May 14. I am starting to get a little tummy, but no one would notice except me. It sucks when you still have a tummy in the morning that means it is not going away. I am so excited because my mom booked a trip to Hawaii for us the day school gets out. We are going to HNL for 7 days and then to Maui for 5 days. Geoff is leaving next thur, but I am going to fly up there for a few days. It should be like 90. I don't think that I am going to go tanning, since summer is right around the corner.

Are you guys getting everything ready? It seems like you have been pregnant for ever! Have your doctor apt been going better? When do you think that you are going to have her? How is Kenny doing? When did you start showing, I can’t remember?

My mom and I are staying in Portland next thur and fri and then she is going to drop me off at the final day of districts. I can’t wait to go shopping, it seems like I have not been there for ever. Buba and Mike just got to AK it took 31 hours of driving, I can’t imagine.
Will I have to go my class is coming back!

How's it going? i am oddly enough not anxious yet. I have been so busy at work - which is actually a good thing because it is making time fly by on the other hand it is a bad thing because I still have stuff to do before he gets here. How is everything going with you? Will you have another u/s to check on her weight and stomach growth? I have a doc appt on thurs and a final u/s next tuesday. Can't wait to see how big my little chunker has gotten.

I washed all his clothes this weekend and organized them. I have to take pics and post them soon. Well let me know how you are doing - it sounds like you are totally ready to see your little girl.

I know! I'm getting more emotional. Your message made me cry. I just think it's so amazing how close we all are. I know that we bitch and complain a lot...but heck, we are growing humans-that is pretty impressive. Shouldn't we be wearing capes and scaling walls? It's just incredible.

I do daydream a lot. A little too much. I can't sleep because I go through every possibility lol. SIGH

hi casey & 'lil laney! how are you girls? i swear, i hadn't gotten on this site in like 4 days and i was missing you girls! how is your girl? i was really pissed reading about your medical experiences. i keep thinking about that and thinking about what i would say to those medical "professionals". what the hell is their deal? why aren't they communicating with each other? are they expecting YOU to be their liason? maybe each time you go to an appt. you will have to ask for copies of the records from THAT day's appt. then take it around/or fax it to all of the other offices. how hard would that be for them to do for you? so, you don't have an obgyn office where you see just one or two different doctors? i think my doctor experience may seem like i am getting consistent care because i have been with the same practice for going on five years now. they do know me pretty well! i also have a specialist that had been monitoring leo's growth because of the balanced translocation. that was through a maternal fetal medicine specialist. is that who delaney is being watched by? now, that office did piss us off. not only did they not really communicate within the office, with each other...they didn't communicate clearly with my obgyn office. they charged us thousands for just like 3 u/s they did for us. but, the doctors (i saw 3) at that office barely spent a minute or two with me. barely answered any questions. i am VERY persistant and would just ask the same question until it was answered. i truly know how frustrating it all can be...dealing with doctors that are just too damn busy to slow down for a minute! it's bullshit...considering how much time and money we spend on them! i went to my routine monday appt. and was there for two hours! ridiculous! i swear the place is staffed by just assistants that are not well trained and not by nurses. i ask a question and then wonder if they are just bullshitting me with a made up answer. there is one good nurse there and i do like two of the doctors. i just ask the 3 of them all of my questions. is there no way for you to go to different doctors? i can see why you are soooo pissed. (oh my gawd...i just saw a story on oprah about this woman that rehabs hurt animals...i just started crying. i cannot stand to see hurt animals.) at my appt. today, i found out that i will be admitted to the labor and delivery floor at my hosptial on may 11th at 6pm. omg! 12 days!!!!! today was not a good doctor day.. they were running sooo behind that i only got to ask the dr. questions for five minutes and a bit. so, i left not knowing any more about the induction than i did before i went in. that was annoying. greg couldn't go because of work (he's only missed two appts. now) so i was flustered anyway. so, i get ONE more routine appt. where i can ask questions! yikes!!! so, fill me in on what's new.... i felt like leo was going to bust out of my gut last night!!! butt on my left, feet on my right, and head wedged in my poor little 'ol cervix!!! is delaney busting out too? sorry you gals all have two weeks longer to deal with that! :) really though, i'd kind of like to have those two weeks back...i might be a little scared....... hey, i'll let you go for now...i have lots to ask and tell you....so, i'll catch up again soon,i hope! bye for now! m.

I was so glad to get your message. I feel the same way! I got my drivers license in the mail. I have been married for 8 months but had been to sick to get the picture done. It came...I wanted to CRY. There was this fat puffy version of myself. I was so upset. My hubby thought I was nuts and reminded me how pregnant I am and that it wasn't going to look like a Maxim cover. I am doing the same thing as you...I am getting ready every single day just in case I go into labor lol. When I went into PTL I even put on makeup in the car inbetween contractions...it was too funny. I looked at this mommymakeover site that had before and after pictures. I have been trying to see what our bellies look like POST baby...there aren't too many online I guess for a reason. It just depressed me. BUT...then you see some of the ladies on here that have had other kiddos and they look great...so I guess we just have to keep our heads up. From your pictures at the zoo you look beautiful pregnant BEAUTIFUL. I just look like a marshmellow. haha

I'm doing ok. I have been even more sick from the medicaiton to stop contractions. But...I have only six more days on the medication as well as only 6 more days on bed rest. The 36th week I just have to take it easy. I need to focus on having that freedom:)

I live on the east coast (Florida) and it is on discovery health (comcast digital cable channel 136) Tuesday nights at 10. They also play reruns at different times throughout the week. I just checked and there is one on tomorrow at 1pm. Great show! I also watch "Special Delivery" at 5pm everyday, same channel.

hi, ok i just had my baby so i am going to tell you my opinion on it. Some babies are just smaller then average (and that is all the doctors base their measurements on) and even though they said his stomach was measuring small he was fine when he was born. He weighed 6 lbs and 9 oz at 39 weeks so yes he was a small baby but he is perfectly healthy. I think they are just monitoring you alot to make sure she doesnt fall too far behind. As long as it is a little i think your baby will be fine. Not all babies measure up to what they doctors say is normal and i think they are scaring you more then they should. Yes it is something to watch but as long as she does continue to grow i dont think there will be anything wrong with her.

I just had to say that the name Delaney is absolutely beautiful! I used to teach kindergarten and one of my students had that name and she just caught my heart. Congratulations and good luck!
