I can sympathise with the sore hips and legs after being in bed for a while, I am waking every two hours to go to the loo and change over sides because the other side has gone completely dead!! I look at the clock and find myself wishing that it is close to morning so I can get up :-D I am waking at about 8am! Although the weather is brilliant at the mo so I have been relaxing in the garden alot. Havent suffered from reflux but I have gallstones :-/ glad that things are going well for you x

Well he's going on a Stag 'thing' in about an hour so I might just get something and smash it up while he's gone LOL. I only have my 7 year old today so I could be doing so much in there. It' sooo infuriating that I never get time to myself and now I have some I can't do anything I want to. Other alternative is trying to move it myself, going into labour early and blaming it all on him :) Only joking wouldn't really move it. EEK!

im glad u r not worried although it can be scary , everything u had mention about ur baby's movement i experienced, as long as i felt some movement that day i was ok , there was days i had to be in a quiet environment for a half to 1hr and lay on my side to feel movement , hope this helps some , b/c sometimes throughout the day we can be busy and donot realize movement was felt and also my babies movement became lighter i baily felt her @ times.

yeah at our hospital any time its over 20 weeks for any reason you have to go to Labor and Delivery. Just because the ER isn't certified to look at us anymore. And yeah he was just sleeping or in a position i couldnt feel him because when i was there we could hear him moving all over. Go figure! How r u?
And ya, now labor looks like the easier part lol

I cant say that i agree with you more! I swear everyday I worry about something. Either i read something on sids where they are saying its more prominent in boys or still birth and i think i am worrying myself to death! I didnt feel fetal movement barely today either! I drank something cold and sweet.. nothing.. i laid on my side.. nothing.. ate .. nothing lol then i went in to L&D and he starts moving all over! Go figure. Just like the father.

Thanks for the response. Like i told the other ladies, i wish it was just 9 months and then a baby. Before i never understood what really is behind pregnancy. And i am sure that its just me that freaks out. Because every time i am SURE there is something wrong i go in to L&D and they hook me up and his heartbeat and everything is fine. Sometimes i hear him moving and not feel it. I guess i just freak out about everything.

Hi there Im from western australia I was wondering the same thing so I asked my midwife while she measured my fundus and feeling the postition the baby was in and she said usually by ultasound she said that ultasounds can be a pound off so its not to accurate she gave me an estimate that she thinks my boy will be 6 and half to 7 pound just by feeling the baby from the belly .

well if your feeling alot of movement on your right side i would say she is laying on your left and what your feeling is her feet, knees and elbows. I havent felt his hands until quite recently but that is because he has so no room left lol. You can try to catch the movements and if you havent already then soon you should be able to tell the difference between kicks and knees. A knee isnt quite as jerky and it can feel like it runs down your side. Lol the first time he seriously made me cry was when he ran his knee down my ribs before he dropped that hurt like crap!

Hey mommy! I know my baby is head down not only because dr told me but the feeling that I get way low in my pelvic area is more like rolling movement (head and shoulders) and the feeling I get in my ribs and on the top of my belly is more brunt movements like kicks and long leg movements. My dr doesn't really weigh the baby ever time we go in, he just estimates baby's weight by measuring my uterus and palpating my tummy to feel the baby. So whenever he gives me a weight its an estimate, like at today's appt he says baby is really close to 4 lbs. Hope everything is going well. Belly love...xoxoxo
